Location

This hotel is located in the district of Fiumicino, in the centre of the resort, and is set at the water's edge in Fregene. It enjoys beautiful sea views and is 10 m from the water and the beach. Guests will find the centre of Fregene and its shops just 150 m away. The hotel is 20 minutes from Rome's Exhibition Centre and guests can easily reach The Eternal City by either public transport or by car. The Port of Civitavecchia is only 40 minutes away and it is only 15 minutes by car from Leonardo da Vinci International-Fiumicino Airport and 35 km from Ciampino Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 12 single rooms and 30 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     We got on the wrong bus from the airport, were supposed to go to fiumicino and it was getting late. We got a bit stressed, because we did not know how where we were, in the dark it felt like the middle of nowhere. So we went inside a cafe and asked for a hotel, as we Just needed a hotel close to the airport for our early flight the next day. Got directions to this hotel, and I really must say this saved our night. First of all: The lady in reception was so sweet and helpful. Fluent in english, humouristic and just over all a good person. This meant a lot to us, you cant imagine, we were so tired and she gave us a room right away. The hotel has a really good energy, athmosphere and the room was exquisite! The bathroom is the first you see when you come in, it is really modern, had a wonderful bathtub and an ENOURMOUS "tropical" shower. What a joy to Just be in this bathroom. Room was very, very clean, the bed was from 1-6, 6 in comfort, had a good sleep. Its very nice light in the rooms too, calm and I also must say: you are right by the sea. Breakfast is good, also with ham and Cheese for us that are from Norway and dont like sweets for breakfast. Fruit, pancakes, juice, coffe, cereal. All you need. I do not know for sure, but I think the hotel is from the 1970's but renovated. We loved it! In other words: Our little lost adventure ended up in us Finding a nice Town and a hotel we will surely visit again. They also have bikes avaliable:)Thank you so much for our stay, we will see you again :)

    Dear hotel ! I have been booking your hotel since September 6-7, 2023. We arrived with our family to your hotel on September 7 at 2 am. Your hotel was closed. We called you, but no one answered us.Please return my money.We do not advise anyone to deal with this hotel.

    Lovely and quiet hotel, right by the beach. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant is nice and has a place to sit outside in the garden. But the very best thing about this hotel is the sweet, kind and helpful lady at the reception. A nice quiet place to relax for a few days.

    A beautiful property, right by the seaside. Large and very comfortable room, very comfortable bed, nice balcony. But the best thing about this hotel ia the wonderfully warm and helpful Lady at the reception.

    Beautiful hotel, view of ocean with balcony, huge shower with rainfall shower head, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable mattress. Great place for us to stay before we flew back home to the US. 20 minutes from main Rome airport.
