  Bad experience, shower with very little water to wash cold room and only a light quilt in addition, nauseating smell coming out of the toilet drains. For any problem you call and they do not respond except with messages when they feel like it!! I honestly do not recommend it!!! Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.   Ok so this property is a little like a student bed sit with 3 or 4 rooms that share the same entrance to the property on the 3rd floor.The entrance is a digital coded door that leads you into the shared hall with a large carriage clock and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are spacious , but do have a kitchen and fridge in the rooms as well as I bathroom. Beds had pillows that were like sandbags and hard to get comfortable.We were wakened through out the night with people entering and leaving the property as you can clearly hear the door buzzing as people came in from a night out , also you can hear them chatting and making coffee/tea in the shared lobby area, we gad to make sure our bedroom door was locked just incase someone walked on the wrong room.Kitchen we only used to fill the kittle but the fitting was loose and water flooded the work service when we turned it on. Mould was very visible on bathroom wall above toilet and the shower was very week. Never used the small balcony but it didn’t look too safe! On the plus side, property is very close to some well known landmarks and sites of interest.A few nice restaurants near by and Villa borghese park is in walking distance . Would I stay there again ? No!! Property wasn’t private enough for me , but everyone is different and if it’s just basics you want then this property should be ok for you
