Location

The hotel is located near the GRA, the ring road that encircles Rome, making it an ideal location for those arriving and leaving the city. Guests can reach Rome city centre in around 10 km from the hotel and the nearest metro station is some 3 km away. It is situated only a few kilometres from Rome’s Ciampino and Fiumicino airports and offers easy access to the A1 motorway.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 35 junior suites and 50 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Everything was great. Room was excellent. The most comfortable bed. Only bad thing is that restaurant was not working due holidays.

    Hotel was definitely not what we expected and different from advertised. Arrived at hotel to be told too early for check in although this was not stated on any booking details. Waited in lobby for room to be ready. Was quite disappointed in room. Advertised as a 4 star but really 2 star at best. Room was relatively clean but very basic. The view was a busy road and a balcony area that was directly on to the fire exit. Planters with no plants etc. not very appealing to the eye. We booked this hotel as it has a pool but was informed by another guest that pool was closed and drained. When asked at reception no explanation was given. Pretty poor given the fact this advertised as a 4 star hotel with a pool. Location is also quite far out and 35 minutes drive by car. We paid extra to add breakfast and this was also lacking. Although we had a good break I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Bar/breakfast area also closed most of the time we passed it. Staff on reception would say hello but not friendly or helpful when asked for information.

    Two nights on a group tour

    A bit off the beaten track, but handy to the airport. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant was Italian and the food was delicious. The waiter on our two nights eating there was a surly bugger, didn't like any interuptions to his normal routine and didn't hesitate to voice his displeasure. Other than that, an enjoyable stay

    Nice hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Especially Martha and Giulia who did their utmost best to pamper the guests with breakfast. The location is not really the best but okay for travelling. Also good food at Pappa Reale for a fair price.

    Very nice, clean hotel. Great food at restaurant. Only downfall is location. Far distance from city centre and airport.
