The room was completely different from any of the pictures displayed online. It was old, with dirty wallpaper and very outdated.The bathroom was appalling with the toilet sistern having no lid and as a result when it was flushed it sprayed water all over the bathroom- the cistern was an old style one and was high up on the ceiling meaning water went everywhere, additionally with each flush the toilet made a crazy drill like sound that would wake up anyone in rooms above or below. The sinks fossets also leaked loads of water anytime they were turned on. Tiles were cracked and dirty. The room was extremely uncomfortable and for the first time ever I booked an alternative accommodation because this room was so bad. We did approach the management company and go were unbothered and unsurprised saying to us they knew there were issues in other rooms they were renting but didn’t know about this one. Their only offer to help was that on the last day of our trip they could move us to an alternative accommodation but we would have to stay where we were until then. I couldn’t recommend more not to stay here - I promise you will be so disappointed!!

Great location to explore Rome

This "hotel" is in a great location. You can walk to all the key sites within Rome. From the Vatican to the Colosseum. These converted apartments are decently spacious and have two key amenities (AC and a lift) that make the stay easier. Only disadvantages were that the extra beds in the Family Room are very small and parking is not great as the recommended parking garage isn't the easiest or cheapest to use.

· In my opinion, there are two major areas to see in Rome: Vatican & Colosseum. La Residenza Dell'Angelo's location is smack in the middle of the these two areas. You can also take buses to train station very easy. On top of that, we got very clean room and big beds. There are great restaurants close by. The hotel manager Mikaela and her team are so nice, they talk to us and let us know what to do & what not to do. I highly recommend this place for any future traveler who wants to stay in Rome.

Attention, liars!

Be careful! They canceled the reservation to our friend two days before the trip!!! Without the other chance for another room in same other place, without some solution or help. Missis Mikaela just canceled the room (for technical reasons) and after when we call her, she pretended it wasn't her. So, careful!!

Great location. Staff was helpful arranging transportation from the Airport. Mikaela communicated and Edoardo was great with our travel from Airport and to train station.Check in was a breeze with friendly people.would stay. there again.
