  We have stayed at Le Terrazze di san Giovanni three nights. The arrival was not complicated at all. Its located on a bank at a corner with a big Terrace, the big steal Door opens when u first ring the bell and the operator opens the door with telling you the code for the keys. After taking the stairs, you find the Guest house at the only first floor in the rear. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen which you can use and have coffee. We fell in love with the big Terrazze. At the evenings we sat outside and enjoyed wine. Romano the owner was very outstanding. He was always there to answer all our questions and gave us good advice what to do in the city. He was also very nice to the cleaning lady, which is important to us. We have felt in very good hands. We are surely coming back to stay here again.

  We've just came home from a lovely stay at this hotel, the hotel was clean and fresh and very centrally located, with just a hop on a bus or the metro pretty much on the doorstep. The hotel has a lovely terrace where you can sit for breakfast or an evening drink watching the busy surrounding streets in the sunshine.Breakfast is either at the hotel or you can get a voucher for a local cafe over the road where you can get a hot drink and a pastry.We had a problem on our first day with our room window and toilet seat, after a quick chat with the lovely English speaking lady serving breakfast it was sorted immediately. All in all a lovely small hotel, ideal for our 4 night stay

  Federico was extremely helpful with transfer to and from airport! Close to metro stop, pizza, gelato, and a little store. We were very happy we got to stay here at the beginning and ending of our trip. Would absolutely recommend!   Comfortable and spacious room within walking distance of the Colosseum

  GOOD:- The area is calm, there are has plenty of restaurants nearby, and there are even some markets, laundries and other services within walking distance. You have the Manzoni subway station just 200 meters from the apartment, and the Colosseum a 20 min walk away.- The room was very spacious, breakfast was quite complete and varied, and being served on the terrace was also very pleasant.BAD:- Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was quite small.- We stayed in several apartments during our two-week stay in Italy, and all of them offered a way of checking-in late. Having to check-in before 7 PM, in the center of Rome, on a Friday, was quite stressful.

  We came for my 60th Birthday on the weekend of the 21st September.I cannot praise them enough, lovely welcome with plenty advise, fresh smart comfortable rooms.Free water in fridge, great shower.They recommended a restaurant for us which we went for my birthday night, what a fantastic restaurant, beat the city restaurants hands down.Breakfast came on a tray which we all took to the charming terrace.I definitely recommend this place.If we had a separate room to use in case of bad weather it would be perfect but we were more than happy with the terrace.Plus on my birthday I had an amazing surprise of candle and wine.
