  We have a terrible experience, when we arrive the guy on the desk was really nasty, very agressive!! no manners!!! hotel has only the basic, stay away!! believe me!! it is less them 1 start hotel !!!

  I was 6 nights in the hotel. For 3 days i had no wifi. And I never had phone, no air conditioning, no heating, sometimes no hot water and of course no complaint forms!!Twice i went to reception but there was nobody.All this is included in the price and written in documents I have screenshot.To make matters worse, when i got to the hotel i was extremely tired and carrying a heavy rucksack, the boy at reception did not have change and asked me to go outside and find some. I did although i didn't know the area and it was dark, and i was tired and carrying my stuff. He said he could not give me a receipt for my paying the touristic tax, but that i was obliged to pay it before having the key. I paid and went upstairs to my room on the 3rd floor but the door did not open, so again downstairs with my things and up, next i had no wifi and went down again to ask, the boy said it was a problem with my phone, i had no convince him to come to the room and he witnessed what i said was true, i showed my phone and he also used his. Apologies but no solution, nor discount.He said nobody would enter my room but before my last night somebody came and took out a pillow, a towel and a bedspread. They didn't clean the room but they closed the window, which i had left open for refreshment, since there is always a bad smell at the entrance. When i went to reception there was a man who said it was not him and told me not no bother him.Apart from that, some things were broken, some others dirty, some both.I could never contact the owner or the person in charge of the hotel because they said they didn't know when this person would be here.

  HORRIBLE DON'T GO THERE

  0/5 DON'T GO THERE! It's a scam, the room was horrible no hot water and later no water at all, no heat, the lights stopped working while I was speaking with the manager, not clean, horrible ! The stores are broken so you are waken up by the light in the morning ! I will write to the city's sanitary team and tell them that they need to check this hotel because it is not a 2 stars hotel ! I asked for a refund, not even the whole price and they refused it when I have photos to prove it !

  I was in room 307Great location, close to termini stationGood price A/ C WORKEDRoom run downToilet takes a long time to fill up so I took the head off the shower hose and used it to fill up cisternWater takes a while to warm upShower head sprays everywhere so keep shower curtain closedNo hook on wall to hang up shower hose so you need to hold it while you shower yourselfNo plug in bath or sinkNot too noisy ,I could sleep okCurtains would close but white veils brokenThere was shampoo and soap in bathroomThere for 4 nights,bin was changed first night but no housekeeping for other nightsDoor was left open after first night but nothing touched in roomNo kettle in roomSockets beside bedAs a single male traveller it was fine but as a couple would not go there(I left after sun and sunscreen on top of wardrobe)Sheets clean and bed comfortable

  • BED BUGS• the toilets didn't flush properly• there was mould all over the bathroom (walls and floor)• you have to pay €2 for towels• there was no hot water• the room was freezing• the radiator did not work• you have to pay for air-conditioning• the beds were uncomfortable• the receptionist was NEVER at his desk during times he should be• I always had to wait for a long time at the front door to be let in• loud guests allowed to sit in the corridor and chat• a lot of noise from outside• one of the plug sockets didn't workNeed I go on?
