    Hotel in good location but in need of cleaning and updating

    Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Very run down and dirty in bedroom and corridors. Thankfully we were out most of the day and only used as a base. Came back late one evening to find our door had not been closed after cleaning. Thankfully nothing had been taken. Breakfast was fair but they often ran out of items during busy periods including cutlery and plates. Although location had close access to metro and bus stops we wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend

    To be honest this hotel needs a huge revamp.The girl at reception was absolutely excellent but the hotel is very run down wallpaper coming off walls, paint chipping off walls, the room we got was very small ,hardly room to stand in shower, we went down and asked for upgrade and the girl got us upgraded the next day it was better than first room but still not great .The staff in the breakfast room were not very efficient ,they waited till all the bacon was gone before ordering more as a result you would have toast and no bacon, same with the cutlery you would have your food and no cutlery so you wait again for them to go in and wash them to bring out more, very bad service. There is no bar/ lounge in hotel It's also a 40 min walk into main landmarks ,so quite a bit far away.The best thing about the hotel were the reception staff ,that's all I can say it is a very outdated hotel

    Myself & my daughter stayed here for 3nights. Thankfully we only slept . The hotel is actually filthy and there never seems to be anyone around cleaning. The toliet beside reception has no handwash since we came and it has not been cleaned since we got here. The whole place is very outdated and shabby. The breakfast was not to bad could have been better. Not more with this place at all. Will not be back.

    Booked this through our travel consultant, so wasn't certain to expect. Located a 20 minute walk from Termini station. It is centrally located ti most areas of Rome. The accommodation is basic yet functional and is a standard 3* hotel for the area. Breakfast consists of pastries, cheeses and cooked meats. Fresh juices, teas and coffees also available. The staff were so friendly and we must give a big 5* to Cristina on reception. Such a wonderful and bubbly character who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you. The local area has plenty of eateries, coffee bars and shops to keep you occupied. We recommend making use of the Metro system to get about Rome starting at €8.50 for a day pass. But beware of Termini station at night as it is dangerous and risky. Top tip: always carry your passport or some other form of I.D.You can be stopped at anytime by police and requested on demand for your documents to prove your identity and validity (this happened to us). You also need these to gain access to most clubs for checks. Overall a great stay if you're budget thrifty person.

    The only positive I can say about this hotel is that the staff are incredibly friendly and really kind. Understandably, when you book a 3 star hotel, it’s obviously not going to be amazing. However, I’m beyond confused as to how it’s even a 3 star hotel. Me and partner stayed here just as place to rest our head while we explore Rome and Pompeii. However, are pillows are covered in mould (refer to the photographic evidence). Not to mention while the breakfast is free. The quality of the food should and would bring shame upon the Italian people. Disgusting quality. I really hope my partner and I don’t get ill from staying here. The fact that we get charged €6 tax per day for a hotel to provide us with mouldy pillows is abhorrent. Disgraceful when you think about. As for the cleaners we purposefully left the mouldy side showing upright in the hope that the cleaners would remove the contaminated pillows. Instead they just flipped them over so it looked like it had been cleaned. I wish I could get my money back
