    Great place, unfortunately a bit rundown. I stayed in flat 13, and the washing machine was broken, something that i noticed in other reviews. The managers don't seem to care, and although it doesn't detract from the flat's appeal, it's worth considering if you want to take fewer clothes and wash them in.In my 9 days over there, i have never seen a receptionist, so the claim that there someone there between certain hours is bogus.The entrance door is difficult to lock, when i asked the manager on the whatsapp group, the reply made no sense. Their grasp of English language varies greatly.The flat cleanliness was around 6-7/10, with many hairs from previous visitors found everywhere. My best take-it was quiet.I would probably return there, if the price was good, but it would advise to find a property closer to the town center

    Serviced apartments mixed with residential in quiet area just outside the main areas but had porta maggiore at the end of the road and this is like a tram station. The termini was only short ride by tram so you could travel to & from almost anywhere. Apartment was good size one bedroom. Immaculately clean. Well equipped. Quiet. Safe area so don't be put off by graffiti..it's everywhere. Lovely & warm due to huge radiators...needed in December. Safe Iron & ironing board. Washer dryer. Small reception/customer service desk limited hours but excellent service. Vending machine for snacks. Definitely recommend.

    Perfect apartments and excelent management

    We have traveled with family (total - 8 persons) and booked 2 rooms for 5 nights there.I said rooms, but each "room" is in reality very spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, very comfortable for 4 people, but might accommodate even more as there are extra sofas. Walking distance to nearest metro stations about 10-15 minutes, bus stops are much closer - 2-5 minutes of walk.My special thanks goes to management, which not only hired for us taxi from airport for very late arrival, but also made every possible effort to make sure our stay is smooth and comfortable.

    Week holiday self catering in Rome

    Fully equipt one bedroom apartment. 2 mins from bus stop. 15 min walk from Termini main railway. 10 min walk to local co-op & metro. Very helpful reception staff. On a main road but traffic noise not a problem. Using directions on the internet we caught a local train from the Termini, for 8 euros return & within 1 hour we were on the coast Santa Severa. Great week holiday.

    I stayed there for 5 nights and I am extremely happy about price, location (close to groceries and bus stops and not far from the city center), rooms and service. My special thanks to the hotel staff who helped me plan my visits to different places during my short visit to Rome.
