    Solid bnb in an excellent location

    We spent two nights here. Very strong option in central Rome (can’t get any more central than this), super close to the tube and taxi stand, everything is walkable from there). The room was spacious and very comfortable with a larger than average bathroom, Ortigia toiletries, strong WiFi internet. Our rate included a simple but yummy breakfast and you can get coffee in the common area. Great service from the front office - we were able to leave our bags and come back and pick them up later and there is even a spare bathroom to freshen up before leaving. There is a small but perfectly fine lift (not always the case in Rome). All in all great value, we would definitely recommend.

    Beautiful Stay with Incredible Staff and Location

    A Boutique Gem with True Roman CharmMy friend and I stayed in this fantastic gem for 4 nights when visiting Rome and absolutely loved it! The hotel has all the charm of a boutique property - stylish, cosy and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better: on a charming street in the upmarket shopping district, close to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and numerous restaurants and gelato spots. The staff were amazing - friendly and attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, it felt like a peaceful retreat after exploring the fabulous city. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and plentiful. If you are looking for a stay that combines Roman charm, comfort and a truly personal service in a fantastic location this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!!Jacquie and Joyce

    This place offers a truly warm and welcoming hospitality. The modern rooms are spotless and feature lovely scented toiletries. They are well-equipped with air conditioning and cozy blankets, and while being right in the heart of everything, the rooms are surprisingly soundproof.this is the place! The hospitality is incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and come with lovely scented toiletries, air conditioning, and cozy blankets. Plus, they are soundproof!     I had an incredible experience at Maison Evelina! This boutique hotel is perfectly located in Rome, just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful stay. Unlike many other places in Rome, there's no late check-in charge, making the entire process seamless. The inclusive breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety that was both awesome and more than adequate. I was truly impressed by the overall charm and hospitality of Maison Evelina.

    Boutique at its Best!

    We stayed 10 nights in two 5 night blocks over August. We booked for ourselves and my son and his girlfriend.Check in was easy. The rooms were clean and tidy. Cool air conditioning to come back to after a day out in the heat. Nice hot showers and our sons room had a bath. We slept really well. Breakfast was freshly prepared at a time you select. the night before. Great selection of food to choose from…so delicious and great coffee!Perfect location in Rome with plenty of places to eat and shop. Staff were all friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again.
