This city hotel is situated just a few minute's walk from many places of interest, including the Colosseum, Roman archaeological sites, Fori Imperiali, Circus Maximum, Venice Piazzale, the Quirinal Palace and the Borghese Gallery. Other attractions in the vicinity include Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, Piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese and Via dei Condotti. The Vatican is some 3 km away. In terms of nightlife in the area, Via Veneto offers the chance to enjoy a drink sitting in one of the cafés, restaurants or pizzerias. In addition to this, the area offers an abundance of theatres, nightclubs and bars, all open till late in the night. Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is about 30 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 11 single rooms and 58 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building.     Ok as a cheap base to see the sights

    We stayed here as a family in April. On first arriving at 3.00 in the morning the door was locked and when we knocked on the door to see if we could check in the guy on the desk was less than welcoming. Our room was a good size, the bathroom is absolutely tiny. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly, still had someone else’s rubbish under my daughter’s bed. I didn’t feel very comfortable handing my key over every time we went out. We didn’t have any food there so can’t comment on that, there are some lovely little restaurants around this hotel. It was fine as a base to see the sights but if you’re after something fancy this isn’t the place for you. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. I don’t think I would stay here again but as a cheap base it was very ok for the money we paid flavio f, Altro at Hotel Medici, responded to this review Thank you for choosing us.You probably got the wrong impression when you checked in, but you might also understand that the receptionist might be a little tired at that hour.The bathroom is a standard size, so two people can easily stay there at the same time.I don't think there was any trash under the bed; it would have been fair and truthful for you to say you found some dust. This should be reported to reception immediately or upon your awakening; we would have taken appropriate action.The key, however, must be returned for greater guest safety. We can better control who enters and exits the hotel, but not everyone understands this.

    The location for us to visit Rome's attractions was perfect for us.The rooms were very quiet as we were looking over the courtyard, very basic and out dated. the shower kept falling off the wall and not very free flowing water. Rooms were very cleanValue for money was good, not much choice for breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant and polite. flavio f, Altro at Hotel Medici, responded to this review We're sorry you thought the rooms were dated, but almost all of them have been renovated. Perhaps it's the decor you didn't like; it's classic in style, but maybe you prefer modern.The shower head is detachable from the clip, for convenience, and the water flow is adjustable. I'm sorry my colleague didn't show it to you when he came to the room.The breakfast is varied and high-quality, but unfortunately, it's difficult to accommodate everyone's diverse tastes. We're sorry.

    Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome

    We stayed here for 4 nights in April and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious.The location was fairly good, We were a 10 min walk from the Trevi Fountain and about a 30 min walk from the colosseum. There were a few restaurants and cafes nearby.     Fantastic 3 night stay, family friendly and beautiful spacious family room. hope to return as great location. We were bed and breakfast the coffee and breakfast were amazing.
