The hotel is conveniently located near train station and many attractions. However, it is a very small hotel with limited amenities. The breakfast is limited in choice.

Often, location and accessibility are a smart starting point for choosing a hotel. But choosing Hotel Mercure Centro Termini was an excellent choice. A warm, very friendly welcome from Rita at the reception. Although I arrived early, I was able to get into my room within 5 minutes. A very clean and well-maintained room. The room is neatly taken care of every day and fully equipped. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I felt safe and welcome every day; I certainly recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Its in "Termini" which refers to the main station but not super close. Howevrr Its walkable to the main sites of Rome. Reception is odd vibe behind a restaurant. Rooms OK normal Mercure standard. Staff all pleasant to deal with.

The hotel is located on the intersection of a main street which is close to Roma Termini and Colosseum (10-15 mins walk). While the room is small, it is quite new and the service is nice.

A good hotel, well located near the main train station 'Termini' and the Via Nazionale, with comfortable beds and very good bathrooms. The room decor was modern and functional, albeit a bit too 'cosy' with lack of decent space, however, we found the room too hot and asked to have the heating turned off and the a/c turned on, but it didn't seem to be controllable from the wall-mounted a/c control.Whilst the breakfast was fair (except for the scrambled eggs after 8.00 am), the dinner service was a huge disappointment. Inexperienced waiting staff who got our order wrong, didn't know how to prepare and serve a simple gin & tonic or open and serve a bottle of wine. You would expect that a hotel in the Accor group would train their staff much better, especially in a European capital hotel such as this.
