    Decent stay, but the shower water was inconsistent

    The lobby is quite small, but the service is nice. The room is actually pretty big and clean, and breakfast is passable. The only annoying thing is the shower water temperature—it’s very inconsistent and keeps dipping into cold water before turning warm again.

    On a business trip I spent two nights at this hotel. The rooms are modern (including enough power outlets and USB-C) and have a decent size. The bathroom is comfortable. The hotel also serves a nice breakfast. The hotel is located a few minutes from a metro station which is convenient. There are however some flaws. The airco is rather poor, on full power it had severe problems cooling the room, hardly any effect. The 'double bed' is not a real king or queen but two single mattresses next to each other, so actually two connected single beds. And Mercure beds are not the most comfortable ones (not like a Hilton bed). Staff is efficient but keeps a distant. Although fully occupied, no noise in the hotel which was pleasant. All together, for Rome, this is a good hotel.

    The Hotel location is excellent, it's near Cinecitta and just 2 minutes by walk to the Metro that will lead you everywhere in Rome. The hotel is clean and cozy, The breakfast is very good, enough for the first half of the day. The service is really excellent and very welcoming. Small gym if you need to do some workout. The Hotel got all you need for a great time in Rome. It's also 5 minutes away from on of the best restaurants in Rome 'La Cascina'

    Good value for money, convenient location for under ground and Ciampino airport.

    We stayed here the night before flying back from Ciampino airport. Clean and modern hotel, very close to the underground stop, and 22 euros taxi ride to the airport. The sofa bed in the room was quite small for two children to share. Our youngest ended up sharing our bed so definitely something to consider if staying with older children. Food in the restaurant ok. Relatively reasonable price for the one night.

    Awesome stay. Very nice hotel indeed!!!Having spent many hours reading hotel reviews and searching through various websites, we found this real gem of a hotel. Very comfortable and large bed. Great room layout and good size. Love the rain shower and of course bathroom facilities. Love the 2 USB points in the room as we didn’t have a European plug adapter, so this was very handy.. Good size TV in the room too. Tea and coffee facilities as well as daily top up of free water too. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Love the location. Maybe 5 to 8 min walk to the Metro Station red line A then 20 mins or less to Roma Termini which was absolutely perfect for us. Reading some of the reviews for hotels in the centre of Rome, many of them seemed a lot smaller for more money. Granted, there is small train journey to the centre, but this was an incredibly easy and hassle free journey. For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely too and all staff amazing!!!
