    During my stay in June 2025, I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Miami in Rome—one that I will always remember with deep appreciation.At that time, due to the escalation between Israel and Iran, many Israelis, myself included, found ourselves unexpectedly stranded abroad. What began as a regular trip quickly turned into a stressful and uncertain situation, both emotionally and financially.In the midst of this, Hotel Miami stood out not only for its comfort and excellent location, but most importantly for its humanity. The staff showed remarkable empathy, understanding, and flexibility toward my situation. They made a genuine effort to offer fair and considerate pricing, which made a significant difference when continuing to pay hundreds of euros per night was no longer feasible.I would like to express my special thanks to Mario, the manager, and to Francesco and Mario from the front desk. Each of them went above and beyond to support me during this difficult time. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference, and I will always remember their help.Beyond the practical assistance, it was their attitude—the warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help—that truly set them apart. In a challenging and unexpected moment, they provided not just accommodation, but a real sense of support and reassurance.I am sincerely grateful to the entire team for their compassion and professionalism.     Excellent hotel!!! The most sightseeings are on a walk distance. There are very many shops arround. The hotel itself is cozy, very clean and safe. They offer nice breakfast with aditional charge. We will be back again for sure.

    In my frequent trips to Italy, Hotel Miami has been the best place to stay in Rome. Impecable cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, good breakfast. Very good location, near to all interesting places to visit; and nice staff willing to help visitors. Very affordable prices. About safety, in my opinion it’s up to you. I’m 86 years old, travel alone, never in groups, touring by myself and never had any problems.

    My mother, father and I had a lovely 10 night stay, all of the building staff were so lovely. Breakfast is basic but good selection of fruit. My husband joined afterwards on the 6th day as he had to work. I informed the hotel of this upon check-in and they kindly asked if he would come down and show his passport when he arrives. We had a lot of tours booked and this slipped our mind. Upon check out, I was scolded and even mocked when I apologised, it was very strange and rude. If it was so imperative they could have easily asked me to come down from my room on his scheduled day of check-in (which I was very transparent about). It really ruined what was a lovely stay.
