    Such a warmWelcome on arrival, delicious hot croissants left on door in the morning. Plus the location is perfect for walking the city. Lovely side room with balcony very happy will be recommending to friends

    Awkward, not like any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

    This isn’t a hotel like any other one I’ve stayed in. The main thing is how difficult it is to check in. Reception closes at 2pm, if your planned arrival time is any later than that you have to give them 72 hours notice. Haven’t arranged late check in? You’re stuffed. You can try the emergency number at the front door but it took 2 hours for their reply to come through to us. There’s an elevator up to the hotel, one person at a time if you have luggage. There’s no communal area to sit, relax, meet people and chat. It’s more like a nice part-time managed bedsit. It was clean, the furnishings were good quality, the staff were lovely and the location is great, warm croissants in the morning is a nice touch but the hotel is just too awkward. It has none of the benefits of a traditional hotel, like staff available at night, a spoon to stir coffee or a knife to put honey on the two dry croissants they’ve left at the door. It was an experience but not one I’d repeat and not one I’d be inclined to recommend.

    Amazing stay. Nicola was wonderful. So welcoming, so full of helpful information, he couldn't do enough for the guests. Fantastic, central location. Clean, comfortable room and we had a cute little balcony too. Daily croissants were a wonderful touch. It's a small guesthouse, with small rooms and a bit noisy at peak times, but I would highly recommend and I would stay again. There is a safe and a fridge and the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom also very nice. Top stay and really glad I chose this place for our first trip to Rome.

    My wife had another enjoyable stay. Love the hospitality and the pastry in the morning! It was our second time and it was as nice as the first. Great location!

    A very nice small hotel that is in a great central location. The Staff that is there from 7 AM to 1 PM are very friendly and helpful. If you arrive after 1PM they provide great info on accessing the building and your room. It works great. On check out you can store your luggage, if you have a later train or flight. The rooms are nice, we had a small Juliet balcony that could look out over the rooftops. It is located about 300 meters from the Pantheon. Easily walkable to a majority of the famous sights, most are a 12 to 15 minute walk. The elevator is small, so if you have large suitcases it will be tight. We really liked the hotel!
