    Nice suite

    rating22 Mar 2020

Nice and clean suite. The location of the suites is very very good! In the heart of Rome, really close to Piazza Navona. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby in via del Governo Vecchio and not only there! That's why it is not so quiet in the night, but that was not a problem for us. The only thing that might cause a problem is that there is no reception except a couple of hours per day. That's also why we couldn't leave our luggages there in the morning of the day of our departure and come back to take them when the time of our flight was about to come late at night, but they gave us the option to leave our luggages in another hotel. It solved our problem but it was not so convenient.

Good location in Rome - very noisy at night

    rating21 Jul 2019

We liked our 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bathroom was on the smaller size and the shower stall was extremely small. Very hard to shower in. We really didn't spend much time in the room as we were out and about. We stayed here for 2 nights and never saw the owners the entire time we were there. We arrived after their hours of check-in but they explained in their emails that if we were not to be there during their hours to check-in, what they needed from us in order to give us the code and the information to get the key. It was very simple and easy and we had no problem getting in or getting the key to get into our room. I will agree with the other reviewer that it was bit difficult figuring out which door was the entrance to the building, but we finally figured it out. The only other complaint I have is what the others have said. After a long day of walking around Rome, you are tired and want a good night's sleep. Both nights, I was awaken to the beat of music for hours and it just wouldn't stop. It kept me up and it was annoying. I still don't know where it was coming from, but other reviewers say it was a bar. There was also a dog that wouldn't stop barking as well so that was very annoying. While I liked the location and the room itself, I would be hard pressed to want to stay here again because of the nighttime noises of music and sounds - people laughing/yelling. This isn't any reflection of the owners - they were accommodating and had a nice, clean place to stay for us while visiting Rome it just would have been better if the noises weren't a disruption of much needed sleep.

    Noisy place

    rating17 Jan 2019

Accommodation is located in an apartment on the 1st floor above the night bar where every evening there is noisy music until the night (big problem with two children and you are tired). Unfortunately, no one responded to our complaint, and you just have to asleep with the pillow on your head :-). The location is a super easy access point to all parts of the city. There's not even one shelf in the bathroom where you could put cosmetics. You must have things on the floor. There was only one chair and no dining table in such a big apartment for 4 people. Only a small table that is full and can not be use for eating. So where do you get breakfast or dinner? In the bed?

New suites in a perfect location 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona. Area is very convenient for doing most things on foot. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. Spacious and very clean. Will definately stay again

Nice but noisy rooms and No service!

    rating11 Oct 2018

What could have been a lovely stay, was ruined by poor management. Before arriving, we started to receive text messages from an unknown phone number telling us to check in via text by sending our passport info. This is risky and we refused, and said we would check-in upon arrival but continued to receive insistent messages. Our train ran late, and instead of arriving at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm. The hotel had only a tiny sign and it was very difficult to find the entrance. Upon arrival, after ringing the bell many times it became clear that there was no one there to open for us. We switched on roaming on our phones to find another text message from the owner saying they were not prepared to wait for us, as they had to pay someone to sit at reception. At this point it started to rain, and we were standing on the street with all our luggage. We phoned the manager, who refused to send us the entry code to the building until we texted them photos of our passports. So we had no choice to send our passport to this unknown person. Several minutes later we were sent the access code and told where to find our key. We were told to leave cash in our room for the city taxes and “someone would take it the next day”.At 10pm the electricity and water switched off. We phoned the owners, and they said they would come but no one came. We phoned repeatedly and they said they would send a repairman. Eventually at midnight, we received a message telling us that we should go down to the street to let the repairman in. We were then kept awake til all hours while he repaired the issue. The rooms were very well finished and spacious. But as they are located above 3 or 4 bars and restaurants, the noise late at night was horrific and made it nearly impossible to sleep.
