    Marvelous Experience - absolut recommendation

    Although I wanted to turn around and run on arrival as the exterior of the building offered a shocking view on empty shops and contruction sites in ground level it was a marvelous experience to enter the building, use the lift to go the 5th floor and dive into a breathtaking composition of pure luxury consisting of marbel floors and historic accesssories. From this hotel nearly all of ancient rome is only a few minutes walk away. 10 minutes to St.Peters‘, 15 minutes to the Panteon, 20 minutes to the Colloseum - no need for taxi or train.The view from the rooftop that you can enjoy with every breakfast is absolutely stunning and invites you into dreamland. The exeptional friendly staff - lead by Matteo the owner/manager/good ghost of the hotel, makes you feel welcomed and purely „at home“ from the first minutes.The breakfast is small, but you will miss nothing - there are scrambled eggs, italian salami, baked beans, espresso, capuccino, fresh fruit, toast, cake … and the staff will refill as soon as you took some of it. The brighter the light, the deeper the small shadows: The electric installations are adventurous and if there is a party at night at the rooftop it is helpful to have some noisecancelling headphones with you if you need to sleep early in the evening. Luckily I had this equipment 😉.I will definitely come back with my familiy.

    I wanted to leave a positive review for my stay at Navona Queen as they made my stay in Rome truly enjoyable :-) The staff was fantastic and we were treated with warm and great care by everyone, from the owner to the hotel house keepers, everyone made us feel at home and we could not have asked for more. A real pleasure staying there for a few nights :-)

    nice albergo, but by far not a hotel, clean bit small rooms, often no reception, not at Navona square but on noisy street, Nice staff, I would say, not more than 3 stars maximum . It os quote near to the center, to Piazza Navon around 7 minutes to walk

    Welcomed with a smile, my bags were stored for an hour whilst they prepared the room, the placed inside for my arrival! I found the room basic yet clean, o was in a single room so space was tight but not cramped. The USP of this accommodation is the rooftop terrace which due to the weather I wasn’t able to use, but could see that it would be amazing in warmer weather. Breakfast was simple yet fresh and I was always welcomed warmly. Fantastic location for most sights. Please make sure you have the codes for the doors prior to your arrival.

    The owner or manager is awful, rude and lacked professionalism.

    The owner was very rude and lacked professionalism. The bathroom when the toilet was flushed smelled like sewage and when it was brought to the managers attention he dismissed it like there was nothing wrong. I asked him to come to the room several times different times and he would not.They rate this place as a three or four stars but clearly not in line with the rating. One little soap to wash your hands and two little towels. The towel bar did not work. Stayed earlier in the week closer to the Vatican and the place that was rated only three stars was much nicer and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.Just less than a block down is a church and a lot of homeless hang out there begging for $$$.
