  ★★★★★We had a wonderful stay at Nerva Accommodation Rome. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Many of Rome’s major historic sites were within about a 20-minute walk, allowing us to experience the city's rich history right from our doorstep.The hotel itself has a charming, historic feel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they took the time to give us a tour of the property and share helpful information about the area, which was greatly appreciated.One thing to note is that rooms or suites facing the street may experience some traffic noise during the day, but we found that it quieted down significantly in the evening and was not an issue at night.Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay with excellent service. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

  Really lovely hotel apartment with very helpful staff. Hotel only 10/15mins from Colosseum.We weren't sure if would arrive before 5pm, so emailed the hotel sharing details, they were happy to provide codes to allow entry if arrived late.As apartment there was no safe in our room (grand suite), however we planned on this, so all sorted. Nice balcony. It was a really nice holiday, would love to go back and highly recommend.

  We had a 4 night break at this delightful quirky apartment at the beginning of October. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room, whilst rather dark, was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that snacks were available free of charge whenever you wanted them in the small eating areas outside the apartments. .... From crackers to cakes and biscuits. Yoghurt and fruit available too. The coffee machines were exceptional and the coffee was amazing! The location was perfect. Very cental and a 15 minute walk away from the colloseum. Local trains and buses were nearby so getting from A to B was fairly easy. Restaurants and bars all nearby and just a short walk to quieter locations off the main Street. All in all it was good value for money and I would reccomend it to friends.

  Avoid to stay here!!!!! Big scam!!!

  !!!NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO STAY!!!! Worst experience ever!!! We got robbed from our luggage!!! A lot of expensive clothes , sneakers&shoes, purses got stolen from our luggage!!!! We travelled a lot and we never experienced something like that before! When we announced the owner of the hotel that we got robbed , they didnt do anything about it and keep telling us that nobody entering our room during our stay. We even call the police cuz she didnt wanna show us the camera surveillance ( a camera was right on our entry of the appartment). So for sure she was covering her workers that stoled our stuff. The owner also tried to intimidate the police in front of us while we were making the police report, telling the cops that she is a very well known political journalist in Rome. Who cares about that?! We just want justice!! We want to know who stoled our stuff and somebody needs to pay for that!!! Wo gonna go furtherto sue them!!! So avoid this hotel if you want to have a good experience in Rome!

  A trip to Rome was a brilliant Christmas present from my husband. The accommodation was great. I had read the reviews and was a little concerned, but I'm not sure some of the other reviews are even about the same place!The accommodation is over 2 floors in a shared building. All access is by codes on numerical pad. The room was lovely, shabby chic, even had a small juliiet balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the room was a bit odd though. When you walk through the front door straight ahead is a large bath with overhead shower. No showerscreen or curtain. Behind the bath is a window leading to the toilet and washroom. There was very little privacy in the room so would be a bit weird if not sharing with someone you're close to!We were not expecting to be offered breakfast, but a basic one is available, cereal, biscuits, croissant. Coffee and tea are available at a communal point, but the machine did get switched off quite early. Location wise, it was fantastic. Waking distance to the colosuem, Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Also Termini train station was very close.
