    I would like to say big thanks to the hotel team for helping me to cancel the booking without any fees (even the booking was without free cancellation). I got the Visa, I booked the hotel. But then I received the notification from Embassy that the Visa needs to be cancelled. I got very good support from hotel. Outstanding Communication level! Thank you!

    Very good location; however, basic room and service at relatively high price. The bed and bed sheets had an unpleasant odor. The room lacked any protection against noise. No shampoo available;

    A basic but comfortable place to stay. Room was very clean and the hotel location is a 15 minute walk to the colloseum and near lots of great restaurants and cafes. Our host was incredibly kind, accommodating and flexible! Would absolutely stay again!

    Room was spacious (by Italian standards), we’ll lit, and we’ll aired. The location was AMAZING, and the price quite good, considering we booked last minute. The host spoke perfect English and was accommodating, helped us adjust our dates and arrival time, and even met us downstairs to help us up.

    Alessia was a perfect host. Very good location. Rinascente, Fontana di trevi and Termine were very near, we walked everywhere. Room was spacious enough. Really enjoyed our stay. Alessia helped us with everything we needed. Will be back for sure
