Location

This city hotel is situated in the heart of the well-known Prati district. The hotel is dedicated to the Emperor Justinian and is just a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Navona. Vatican City lies just 700 m away, the centre of Rome is 2 km away and Fiumicino International Airport is 20 km from the accommodation.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 161 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     One of the worst and most overpriced hotels I’ve ever been to.The lobby’s outdated decor was matched by a foul stench! The staff’s incompetence was baffling, and their lack of interest was even worse!The breakfast was a disaster with stale bread, cold bacon, laying in oil, all four coffee machines did not function, and again the staff was completely unable or unwilling to provide a decent service!     Exceptional Stay in Rome with Outstanding Hospitality from Michelle

    We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano and would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Rome.Michelle was truly the standout of our experience. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, always greeted us warmly, and most importantly helped us during a stressful last-minute flight cancellation. She advocated for us and arranged accommodations that completely changed the situation from frustrating to manageable and comfortable. Her level of care and hospitality made a big difference in our trip.We stayed in a Junior Suite and found it very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The welcome treats and thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated after long days of exploring the city.The location of the hotel was also excellent. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, the Vatican, and many of Rome’s main attractions.     Best Hotel out of every place we stayed in Italy!

    Our hotel room was the bomb! We had a corner room which had a sitting room, bedroom, and balcony. The had a tub and a shower, and complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, robes & slippers. We also had a TV in the sitting room and another in the bedroom. We had tea, coffee (LaVazza), and several other amenities displayed on a tray on the desk. Who could ask for more?
