    This was an amazing hotel. I do want to give a shout out to Elisabetta, the concierge young Lady, so very helpful, all the staff was fantastic. Another shout out to a Lady, Michela, serving the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The breakfasts were over the top! the rooms were lovely, it had the Best bidet I have had on the whole trip. Everyone simply went out of their way. I would stay here again.

    Good hotel, rooms are ok, beds are nice, pillows are amazing, you actually get to sleep and relax. The bathroom is kind of small (counter space). Breakfast is ok, staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a good hotel close to Termino, this is a great choice

    The hotel is lovely, located adjacent to Termini station and we had comfortable bedding in a larger sized room. The breakfast is a real standout. The outdoors area is perfect in the cool morning temps. This morning, we enjoyed the music of a pianist who is truly gifted. He did covers of Sting, Elton and the Doobies but classics as well. I wish I had his name but hope the hotel GM will recognize him. Also, thanks to Walid for our pre-stay communication. We loved our room because of you! Another breakfast standout was Alessia, she ran circles around other employees on duty. They could use more people to clear the dishes from the outdoor tables as none were available for about 20 minutes between 8 and 830. The front desk staffing was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.
