    Shocking

    rating18 May 2026

Location was awful but that’s my fault - I thought booking near the termini would be good for getting about …there was graffiti where ever you looked and just felt dirty ….Staff were very unhelpful - especially the breakfast lady and one lady on reception , felt like I was putting them out every time I asked a question or collected my room key (room key MUST be left at reception when leaving the building)Rooms WOW very basic room 113 was like a shoe box, very tatty furniture (chair, dresser and a little table ) the chair was filthy the furniture battered two single beds put together to make a double that kept separating…. However the room/beds were clean can’t fault the housekeeping …When we arrived we had no tea/coffee facilities…. A fridge that didn’t work .Just awful I would not recommend at all….I cried when I arrived as I was so disappointed- I didn’t expect it to be all singing and dancing however I did expect a decent room

Terrible experience that ruined my visit to such a beautiful city

    rating17 Apr 2026

Terrible room, my photos do not match the sites photos. Door lock worked but look at the picture. Cracks in tiled floor, not good underfoot. Poorly tiled bathroom, small flush on toilet not working. Room needs painting. I avoided staying in the room as much as I could. Noisy after midnight. Bad experience that ruined my visit to beautiful Rome.Booked from a hotel search site, but it is not possible to review with them ?? Requested room change but was told they were full.Breakfast mediocre, resorted to a 6 euro breakfast nearby. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. They were the reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

    Hell on earth

    rating18 Feb 2026

Horrible experience, terrible staff.Upon our arrival, the reception staff refused to accommodate me and my daughter. I was told that my reservation made through booking.com didn't have my full name. The reception guy told me that I won't get my pre-paid room until I sort it out. I showed him my reservatin confirmation with full name and my date of birth, I even downloaded the invoice with full name, DOB, payment details - not interested at all. I was hopeless and devastated. After a while he called his colleague and let us in 1.5h later. This was so unnecesary from them, so unfriendly. I felt unwelcome and I was treated like a piece of rubbish. They were so rude.Breafast staff - two ladies should learn some manners too. One morning they yelled at a guest who pulled a coffee cup from the machine too early and the had to clean the drain. Next morning the other lady yelled at me because I made 4 toasts. 2 for me and two for my daughter. I say what on earth is wrong with the employees.Such anger in their eyes. Scary!

No air con in euro heat wave

    rating01 Jul 2025

A perfectly fine hotel if there is not a euro heat wave - Rome hit 37° and the rooms don’t have air con. The rooms have a mobile “air con” unit that do not work. I lay awake at night with a wet towel over me in order to cope. It was unbearable and I was reflecting on my life choices with booking this hotel. Breakfast was available but we didn’t partake. Close to the train station which was good.
