    I would have to say that this stay ranks right up with the best of the best. Not just in Rome, but anywhere.The communication before arriving with the staff was flawless, the price competitive for the area, the parking garage was a minute's walk from the front door (about as close as I have ever been in a hotel in Rome), the room was clean, the staff was super helpful, personable and kind, the breakfast buffet was above and beyond, the bathrooms (yes, there were two!) were perfect, air conditioning was already running for us when we got in, the view from the window was very nice, access to the room was super easy, the room was quiet, the welcome included drinks and snacks as well as a free coffee machine in our room and full access to the breakfast room all day.Check out was later than other hotels in the area, and we could even leave our luggage with them longer if necessary.Access after hours worked great.They even upgraded our room for free!They gave us as much advice as we could ask, including restaurants, which we ended up dining at and enjoying.Thank you Jeison and the rest of the staff!We hope to see you again soon!

    Great price to quality is offered by this relatively small facility. Clean rooms, good breakfast, excellent location between 2 metro stations and very close to the Spanish steps. Nice service, coffee machines in every room, snacks available throughout the whole day. I strongly recommend! Greetings from Poland, Jaison!!!

    Wonderful stay at Opera Suites - again!

    Location, staff, breakfast, room all really wonderful. Close to Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps.Not easy to find initially, but staff so helpful as we arrived late.Second stay at Opera Suites and l would highly recommend and return when next in Rome.

    don’t go here you can’t enter we asked the restaurant next door and they said you’d be lucky to get in to the building within 20 minutes of using the buzzer it’s not even a hotel it’s an apartment building with no front desk no one to help you we get in there’s one room with the name and there someone staying in it they said they didn’t get any info when booking we sat trying to call for about 20 mins but there phone has been disconnected if I could I would give 0 stars
