    Excellent budget-friendly choice! The hotel is spotless, in a great location, and the staff are some of the most helpful I’ve encountered. My room was very nice, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Having a fantastic restaurant right downstairs was a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality without the high price tag!

    Really Great Experience at Hotel Orlanda!

    My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Orlanda for two nights while visiting Rome. We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well maintained, and service was excellent- the staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff provided us with detailed maps and advice on what to see in Rome and how to navigate the city. The hotel has an amazing location right next to Termini station, which is the main metro and bus station in Rome. It is also an easy walk to many of the major tourist attractions in Rome. We will definitely be staying at Hotel Orlanda again during future visits to Rome!

    It's the worst hotel I've stayed in. I don't think it even qualifies as a hotel it's more like a converted office space located on one floor of a large building. The building was pretty run down. The bedrooms were smelly and moldy. The shower is too tiny. There is no way to lock the room. We had to put a chair behind the door. There is no concierge at night. We felt unsafe. It doesn't deserve a one star. Run Away.

    On a scale of 1 - 10, this is a 15! This is a small European-style hotel with excellent amenities and even better service! We booked 3 nights here for a brief stay in Rome. My husband had to add 12 nights because I was in the hospital. The manager, Marco, extended his stay allowing him to remain in the same room, so he wouldn't have to move all the luggage. The hotel staff were extremely kind and accommodating to him and took such good care of him while he traveled back and forth to the hospital. You couldn't have asked for more personable service! MOLTO BENE! The hotel is very clean and updated with modern amenities. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are immaculate. The morning breakfast is Italian style with pastries, yogurt, cereal, cheeses and meats. And plenty of coffee choices. Perfect to start your day. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an older/historic building with a small but working elevator. It has a great location! Excellent sidewalk cafes line the street and it is about 2 blocks to Termini Station--you couldn't pick a better location. A laundromat is just a few doors down. There are the usual souvenir shops nearby that also sell toiletries and items you might need. And several pharmacies. It was a perfect choice for an unexpected extended stay.You won't be disappointed if you want a clean and economical hotel in the heart of Rome! We will book here again, when we return to Rome.

    We found ourselves without a place to stay in Rome after our flight was delayed and the original hotel we booked did not accept late check-ins.Found Hotel Orlanda on line and called to make sure they'll take us.WHAT A WONDERFUL service!Paulo was understanding, effective, thoughtful and flexible- everything fell into place once he stepped in to help. Sent us the access codekeywifi within minutes and stayed up until we reported we made it- it was 3am !Stayed two nights and enjoyed his warm welcome, attention to details and tips- he constantly made sure we will feel at home.The hotel it self is pleasant and clean. Very quiet and centrally located.Since we had to leave early, Paulo suggested to wake up earlier and make us breakfast to go. THANK YOU!
