    Wonderful boutique hotel with exceptional staff

    We’re just back from a long weekend staying at Palazzo Venere, we had a fantastic time the hotel is spotlessly clean, we stayed in a suite with terrace lovely (albeit not the best view!) the bathroom was stunning. The location was great and quite central, the breakfast was lovely, although shame there isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel. The staff were brilliant particularly Marzia who went above and beyond to make our stay totally wonderful

    Reception Staff Who Made Us Feel at HomeWith great pleasure we would like to commend the wonderful human warmth and kindness we received from the reception team.David pampered us in an amazing way throughout our entire stay at the hotel.We would also like to mention Jacob, another reception staff member, who was always there for us quietly, pleasantly, and with a constant warm and heartfelt smile.Marzia, the reception manager, is a true professional of the highest level. Her impressive professionalism, together with her dedication, patience, and ability to provide precise solutions to every need, made our experience truly exceptional. We have never encountered someone like her in any hotel in the world!The sensitivity, warmth, care, and willingness to help were extraordinary and deserve special recognition.     Great service in a great spot

    My wife and I stayed here for the Rome leg of our honeymoon and we can’t recommend this property enough. The staff was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful. The room was clean, full of amenities and was in a great location. We were lucky enough to have their top suite, and it was well worth it. If we’re ever back in Rome we would absolutely stay again.

    Great Boutique Hotel with great people

    We're so glad we booked this Boutique Hotel. It's located in an alley but it is such a wonderful 12 room, spacious and clean facility. All the people that we encountered at the front desk were so wonderful and will go out of their way to try to help you. They are greeted you with a smile. It does have multiple floors and they have a elevator that probably will fit two people comfortably but we just use the stairs and it was fine. Kudos to the two breakfast ladies that were so kind. What a wonderful breakfast that's included if you buy the bed and breakfast package which is well worth his price. They will customize whatever espresso/coffee that you want and they have some hot foods fruits deli meats and the most delicious yogurt. It was really cool they actually had a honeycomb where they got their fresh honey. Book through them since they are a small business but I guarantee you you will be well taken care of. Rooms are very clean.

    Awesome place to stay. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable rooms and splendid bathrooms. Close to all different attractions. Short walking distance to Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain and the pantheon and many other . Exquisite experience Highly recommended.
