    This hotel was great. Not far from the Roma Termini station. They checked us in early. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was newly redone. Great shower. Disco lights made the experience fun. The humidity in the bathroom causes the toilet tank to sweat and leak on your back when on the toilet - that was a surprise in the middle of the night. The AC only goes down to 20, so that was a little hot when we would come back. The window and shutters open all the way, which helped cool the room down. We had a fabulous sunset on their rooftop. There is also a bar up on the 6th floor. The lobby entrance always had nice cold water to drink after getting back. The employees were super nice.

    Everything was great about our stay. The only disappointment was that our bathroom did not have a standard shower, just a jacuzzi tub with a stray nozzle to shower off. BUT, the breakfasts on the 6th floor, with a terrace overlooking the city, more than compensated for that! Staff was very accommodating, as well.

    We stayed here as a family of 3 for 4 nights in March 2026. Our room was booked as a "Triple Standard Room" and upon arrival we were happy to find that there were actually 3 proper beds and not a sofa bed in sight! Altho the room was quite small, it was perfectly adequate for our stay and was kept very clean daily by the cleaning staff. Our room overlooked the internal courtyard and was nice and quiet (except for the occasional noisy guests passing in the corridor!). The TV in the room had only 1 english speaking channel, which was a 24hr news channel (not the BBC tho unfortunately!) but as it was a smart tv we were able to stream content from our mobile devices (over the free wifi provided by the hotel) to the tv screen. The location of the hotel was excellent - just far enough away from the major bustle of the station but close enough to it to utilise its great links to/from the airport and for the metro and bus systems - it is very easy (and inexpensive) to get around Rome from here on the public transport system. It is also well situated for walking out to the main attractions like the colosseum and palatine hill. Breakfast is served daily from 7-10am up on the 6th floor and is very well catered for with the usual breakfast fare such as cereal, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes etc and usual drinks like coffee and juices - great to fill up for the days adventure! The 6th floor also has a wonderful viewing platform for great views out over the city and to the mountains in the distance.All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and happy to help with any queries.Overall we were very happy with our stay here and felt that this hotel represents good value for money - we would happily stay here again.

    Really nice hotel for the budget in a great location. Easy for transport links to and from the airport and for getting around Rome. Close to the Basilica of St Mary Major. Some nice restaurants in the area. Jump on the metro for the Vatican takes about 20-30 minutes and so cheap compared to UK metro prices and very efficient service. Trevi etc all within a good walk away from the hotel.Breakfast was provided and was a good selection of continental style foods with hot drinks and fruit juicesLovely roof top bar with good views and reasonably priced cocktails.Staff all friendly and helpfulRoom was very clean and more than adequate, you don't go to Rome to spend time in your room anyway. Would definitely book again next time in Rome.

    We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was far below our expectations.The rooms are extremely old and very small—our 3-year-old daughter even said, “Let’s not come back to this room again.” On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room. They are clearly trying to fit far too many guests into tiny spaces.The service and cleanliness were also disappointing. On the first day, we left the room in the morning and returned at 5 PM, only to find that it had not been cleaned. On the second day, we accidentally spilled a drink on the floor; we stayed for 4 nights, and the stain was never cleaned. Housekeeping was simply awful.The breakfast was no better — stale, cold croissants were served as if they were fresh.On the day of check-out, we were charged a city tax, yet the couple checking out at the same time paid nothing. This situation made us feel discriminated against.The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location. Other than that, we cannot recommend it.
