    It’s a fantastic location! 30 minute walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum. 15 minute walk to Trevi and Spanish steps.

    Fantastic location! 30 minute walking distance to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Trevi and Spanish steps are a 15 minute walk. Surrounded by lots of great restaurants. The rooms have thick walls making it nice and quiet even though the B&B is surrounded by loud pedestrian traffic. The first time you enter is challenging but, just know you need to be patient and have flexibility. If you’re only use to staying in traditional American hotels, you will need to be open minded. You buzz in at the Main Street door (lower key pad) wait for an answer and then go up one flight of stairs. First door on the right. There is a tiny elevator in the middle of the first flight of stairs for your heavy bags. I’ve traveled a lot in Italy and this is one of the best.

    The hotel is located in a great spot walking distance from all tourist attractions.Was a little hard to find as the name of the hotel is on a buzzer of what looks like a block of flats.Staff friendly & helpful.Accommodation could do with a refurbishment, pillows not comfy, online photos better.10-10 location. The staff great. Would go if I wanted to visit Rome for the location but think was over priced for the room.

    This boutique hotel offered a lovely room. The air conditioner was excellent and the bathroom was much larger than expected. The location was also fantastic, literally a two minute walk to the pantheon and the square. Also in walking distance to the trevi fountain, the coliseum, many churches and other tourist attractions . It’s not a traditional hotel, but after getting acquainted with the location and how to get inside it was a great stay and I would recommend.

    Absolute nightmare. Hotel authorized person took me to annex building to show my apartment and dissappear there while locked me in that building without phone connection. I was waiting like 5-7 minutes for him to appear and after start panicking and screaming. And after me screaming he appears like nothing happened. My husband was staying with our luggage like 500 meters away because that was the address they provided and was very worried and phone calls couldn't be placed because of the absolutely no connection. Do NOT GO To that stays. I have experienced a harrasment and wouldn't recommend for anyone to go through the same situation.

    Perfect location just 30seconds walk to the Pantheon, 30 minute walk to Vatican City and 30 minute walk to the colloseum.The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly. The member of staff who took care of us was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn’t staffed all of the time but this really wasn’t a problem.We could store our luggage for free after we checked out so we could enjoy our final day before heading to the airport.
