    2 star at best

    rating26 Nov 2023

checked in around 6 o’clock at night. They asked me to pay for my room in advance, so I did. Went up to the room that was listed as a suite. Of the dozen places we stayed over our three week trip in Italy. This was by far the, worst. They had two beds pushed together and individually made. The Wi-Fi could not connect and the air conditioner wouldn’t work. Now we are day 15 of our and we are supposed to have two nights in this 2 star hotel. We went straight back down and told them that we couldn’t sleep in a room without air-conditioning and needed Wi-Fi as all the TV channels were in Italian. The front desk lady was very nice but she said they can’t do refunds and I had to check with management. We left and found an incredible place last minute right next to the Vatican stayed there for two nights and then went on with our regular itinerary. Talk to management they said that they’re not having any problems with the Wi-Fi and they didn’t know they were having troubles with air-conditioning. They went on to say that they don’t do refunds. I could see paying for one night but not two when I was only in the room for a half an hour. It wasn’t that I was a no-show. It was very inconvenient for us to have to find another room but this hotel is like all hotels in Italy old but they haven’t done any updating since the 70s. The room looked like a jail cell.

    Nice boutique hotel

A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

    Family stay in Tivoli area

    rating21 Aug 2021

The highlight was the welcoming of the receptionist and staff. But there was too many lowlights: poorly situated, noisy, dusty, dysfunctional air conditioning (so much that we got very sick, probably the A/C is not maintained), poorly isolated (we could hear the neighbor snoring all night), very low quality breakfast... Overall price to value is poor as price was very expensive. Definitely not a 4* hotel, barely 2!

    Very disappointing option overall

    rating21 Dec 2019

We stayed here one night. Location is in a down-trodden area, not safe to walk in after dark. Lots of disgusting mould around the bath. Bath outlet was mostly blocked, so we had to stand in stale waste water. Half flush broken. Reception declined to bring more bedding. Breakfast was good though. ParkHotel2014, Direttore at Park Hotel Imperatore Adriano, responded to this review Dear Guest, thanl you for your comment, it helps us to offer better standard services, even if we have difficulties in understanding your comments.Location: you have many options before chosing the hotel to check location, we are very close to highway exit Tivoli, we are 4 km away from Villa Adriana, Villa d'este and Villa Gregoriana, so we cannot understand what you mean and we can assure the location is absolutely safe!We cannot understand what you intend when mention "bath outlet blocked..", we checked your room and entrance door works correctly and also the bathroom works...no state waste water, but in case you had an accident we could change your room just advising the Reception.and once more...can't understand when you say recption declined to bring more bedding, you had type room with bed you booked, extra bed or different type room (i.e. triple instead of double) need to be booked and paid.We are glad you appreciated our breakfast.

    Find a better hotel

    rating28 Sept 2019

I honestly hate to leave bad reviews, but this place really deserves it. It’s in a not very nice area, the building itself seems new, but it’s very shoddy. The door to my balcony was broken, and when they sent up a repair man he explained to me that’s the way it was supposed to be. As you can see in the picture that doesn’t make much sense. Also, knobs falling off doors light switches that didn’t work or were broken, the list goes on. The girl who checked me in was obviously a trainee and didn’t know much. Check out was a little easier. Breakfast was not good, but the people who served it were nice. It is not far from Tivoli which is a wonderful place to visit and I highly recommend it, just find a better hotel. ParkHotel2014, Direttore at Park Hotel Imperatore Adriano, responded to this review Dear Guest, thank you for your review, because any comment could help us to do better. I just want to clarify something:- I checked on the "repair man" agenda and did not found any intervention for the reasons described so I suppose that someone from my Staff, in absence of the repair man, went up and could have been a misunderstanding, anyway kindly ask to apologize for unconvenience.- the girl at check in: she is not a trainee, she is very well trained and efficient but as you do not clarify what you meant…"did not know much…" I cannot reply to you or even investigate on this matter.- also when you mention ...breakfast was not so good…. I cannot understand but anyway regret we did not reach your personal taste!- Location: hotel is located in a residential area 4 km away from Villa Adriana, I strongly suggest to come to visit us to anybody who wants to go to Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana and let me also suggest to you to collect more information before choosing the hotel IF YOU need a different location...Google maps could help you!
