    Quiet, clean, spacious, with friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to from the airport (via taxi), also easy to venture farther into Rome. The restaurant MeAt (just around the corner) is a must for dinner. TreCaffé (also just around the corner) is a perfect spot for breakfast.

    Excellent place to stay for anyone who does not need to be in the centre of the city. Small block of apartments in quiet street. Immediate location has shops and places to eat away from tourist attractions.

    I guess it would have been perfect if there was breakfast included. The staff service is amazing. I have been treated so well, and I can only thank them. Armando and his colleagues do a fantastic job! The room has got a perfect size for two people, and it is impeccably clean. The fact that they allowed me to have a late check in and late check out makes me want to stay there again. I do recommend them.This is minor, but I struggled a bit to find the keys in the inner garden, despite the email with info on how to find it. There are not enough signs with directions in the property. It was dark, so I had to use the phone light to see things. If I hadn't had a torch, I would have struggled big time to collect my keys.

    The downside of staying in that area

    The residence is a small villa with 16 apartments and a small and pleasant courtyard with sofas. It is in a residential (not nice) area far from the center. It is a new building and our apartment was comfortable, clean, quiet, with a kitchenette to prepare light meals. The wifi is either free (but this seems to be rather weak) or for a fee. A really nice place to stay in Rome. Unfortunately there is a downside. There is no metro in neighbourood, you can move only with buses (and the bus waiting time could be sometimes unnerving, especially late in the evening) or with the tram that you can reach with a 15-minute walk. People with mobility problems should consider that the last part of the street getting to the residence is without sidewalk.
