    A hidden gem of a place.

    This was just a gem of a place. It is on a quiet side street, just a block from Bernini station and in walking distance to all of the sites. It's just a five-minute walk to the top of the Spanish Steps and 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable. It was cool enough to sleep with the window open when we were there. I would stay here again.

    We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going on our cruise and it was brilliant! Staff were friendly and place was really clean and easy to find.Room was really cool and bed was so comfy! Really close to restaurants and places to sightsee, would recommend and would stay here again.Quite noisy though out on the street, we had our window open at night and although it’s not a busy street there were a lot of loud vehicles and banging from in and outside the building.

    Fabulous location and the best shower I’ve ever had

    We stayed for two nights in the excellence suites, I emailed ahead of time and asked for a quiet room as I have trouble sleeping. I got an email straight back to advise where my room was and to ask about our arrival time and further instructions were given about check in. Excellent service On arrival we did struggle to find the hotel but that was more us than the hotel we got on the right street and expected a big time hut it was a plaque and unable to understand Italian addresses it took us a few minutes to realise we had arrived. We paid our city tax and as our room wasn’t ready (we were early to check in) we were given our key so we could start exploring and the staff put our luggage in the room for us on our return.Reception is only open 9-6 so be mindful. We got back to the room around 9pm and wow, it was just immaculate. A double bed and a single. A kettle lots of storage. The bathroom was small but that’s OK and the shower was something else the best shower I’ve ever had. The room was decorated in Ferrari which was fabulous and wasn’t expected. There was no view from our window but we spent zero time except sleep and shower so that didn’t matter. It’s a stones throw literally from Trev’s fountain, would I stay here again. Absolutely

    Terrible experience. No lift for taking up luggage. Hot throughout hotel and room a/c not working properly. Room was supposed to be 1 double bed and sofa bed but we got a bunk bed that wouldn’t close properly, more like a coffin. We left for better accommodations. Couldn’t get a refund for $700 weeks paid in advance.

    Very clean and spacious rooms and cool ferrari design in the room too, all of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially kevin who checked us in early and gave us great recommendations on restaurants nearby and was lovely in general. Will definitely be staying again next time we visit Rome
