  4 great nights at Hotel Pulitzer Roma

  Good clean comfortable hotel in a quieter area of Roma. Warm, informative, and welcoming staff add to the positive vibe at the hotel, which also has terrific facilities and amenities. The metro into the city centre takes just 12 minutes and is only 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. Restaurants and a cafe are all very close by too. The rooms are well equipped/maintained with everything you need for your stay. For the level of service you get, the hotel is a lot of "bang for your buck'. Would I come back? Oh yes, I definitely would.   Bad service

  I had a bad experience in this hotel. After a tiring day visiting Rome I returned to my room and asked for a room service for dinner, it was 21.36. They refused to serve me saying dinner was till 21.30 and the kitchen was closed. In their hotel directory it is written room service till 22.00. They did nothing to help me and was left starving. You should know there is nothing nearby open on Sundays less than 15 min walk. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone for their service.   Pulitzer Prize Experience

  The location of the Pulitzer hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Rome as it was less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro station at Marconi (Line B). As regards the hotel itself, the room was clean and tidy, with a great shower in the en-suite and the bed was one of the largest and most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. Although the hotel had its own restaurant we didn’t eat there as we decided to eat out in Rome before returning to the hotel each evening. However, the range and quality of breakfast foods was fantastic and gave us a great start to a day of sightseeing. Alongside the great weather, our experience of the Hotel Pulitzer made it an incredible holiday and one which my wife and I will remember for a long time…… Overall a great value for money stay.   My 1st Rome trip

  A late Birthday trip for myself and my 2 daughters. We arrived reasonably late.. 9.30pm ish. Check in was quick. Room keys supplied and straight to our rooms. Daughters on the 3rd floor and myself on the 5th.Their room was lovely, bath with a shower. Double bed and an usual mirror angled towards the bed 🤭My room single bed and the most beautiful bathroom with a huge shower.Mini bar in both rooms. Lovely comfy bed. Slept like a log.My top floor room had a huge balcony! With lovely views of the surrounding land, apartments and the road at the front.The bird life was amazing. Swifts flying everywhere.Breakfast was great. Anything you could want was there. Cooked, pastries, cereal, juices, coffee.. etc We had drinks at the bar one evening the lady that served us helped us pronounce my room number. She was lovely!I cannot fault this hotel at all. The hot tub is bookable, per person or you can book it privately. Small shops nearby for things you might need. The decor of the hotel was quite funky which I loved.The Metro is a 3 min walk away. Perfect for getting into central Rome.Plus a bus stop right outside.Perfect!!   Nice hotel with great links to public transport

  We recently stayed here during our trip to Rome and overall had a good experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially as our flights were unexpectedly brought forward and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after travelling.The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. There is a bus stop literally right outside the hotel doors and the metro station is only a very short walk away, making it really easy to get around the city.There were a few downsides though. One thing that was quite inconvenient was the lack of plug sockets near the mirrors, which made heat styling hair difficult. Another small issue was the coffee setup — the hotel provides paper cups and you only receive one cup each every 24 hours, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.We were also disappointed by the advertising surrounding the hotel facilities. The very first image shown on the advert was of a pool area, which gave the impression that the hotel had a pool onsite, when it actually does not. In addition, access to the sun terrace and jacuzzi came at an extra cost of roughly €25 per person for only a few hours of use, which felt excessive considering these facilities were heavily used as part of the hotel’s marketing. This may partly be an issue with how the hotel was advertised through Loveholidays rather than the hotel directly, but it still left us feeling a little misled on arrival.Overall, the staff and location were definitely the strongest positives and we did enjoy our stay, but the advertising around the leisure facilities could be much clearer to better manage guests’ expectations.
