    Nice small room for 2 persons (daughter and mother) with single beds and a bathroom with shower. However as we stayed there in february the bathroom was cold in the morning and evening as temperatures were around 0 degrees C. In the room, there was aircondition and thus a nice temperature.Had some problems entering the building, as my train was delayed and I arrived 1 ½ hour later. I wrote an e-mail to tell about the delay, but no one answered my call at the door. However met a resident who let me in. At the apartment I met 1 from the cleaning staff. She called the owners who arrived within 10 minutes. The owner gave nice details about where to eat.

    It is just a 3 minute walk to Vatican Museum and about 9 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica. Very close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, tour services and bus stops and metro Ottaviano. The host Pasqual is very lovely and polite. The aircon is working great. Everything is practical so if you just need a good place to sleep in that’s close to everything this will be perfect!

    Very Close to every Where...Pascuale (The host) give us a nice reception, very clean room, little bid small but for the price is ok .Cozy and clean room with kettle, coffee machine (tea, coffee and sugar),and fridge. There is Carrefour express in 70 meters from you. Also near the Metro Station; and so close to the Vatican which was important.great experience in Rome!!!

    Absolutely incredible!!! Pasquale is an amazing host. The view from the room spectacular and the location is perfect. They offer small group tours of the Colosseum and other sights through out Rome. If you choose not to go on the tour the knowledge from Pasquale is immense and he doesn't hesitate to give you good ideas to go about wondering the city by your self. I would highly recommend coming here and will definitely be returning.

    As mentioned its exactly opposite to vatican and very close by to metro. Pasquale guided us with the local transport and also the airport pick up was very helpful, they were very welcoming, rooms were clean and nice little small but totally worth for the price. I would really recommend this place..
