The staff were excellent and knowledgeable about local transport and attractions. Hotel very clean and tidy. Maintenance work being carried out on roof terrace which is an added bonus. 10/15 min walk to nearest metro station and bus just opposite front of hotel. Would I stay again? Yes.

    Small and Friendly Hotel

Lovely hotel, room was spotless, plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff very friendly. Only downside was the noise from the room next to us. The location was fine, buses were regular to the metro station, if you prefer to walk it's about 15/20 minutes to the metro station. The road is very busy.

(2 Females) What a fantastic stay we had at The Raganelli 🥰 nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful Staff. They were really helpful in terms of accessing the Bus/Metro and navigating all the attractions, they gave a detailed map on arrival, even supplied an Umbrella on the rainy day ☔️We were in a standard room - Comfortable & clean room with everything you need. Continental Breakfast was lovely, scrambled egg, breads/toast, cheese, ham, selection of pastries, desserts, fruit, cereal, yogurts, jams etc Stunning hotel, Great roof top 🍹Supermarket on your right, bus stop outside :)

    Lovely hotel with friendly staff

I was worried about staying here as it wasn’t in Rome city centre. I needn’t of worried. Upon checking it Paula talked us through a map of Rome city centre and how best to get to everything using buses and the metro. We decided to walk to the metro station which os about a 10/15 minute walk, along a fairly busy road but we didn’t mind as it was easy to get to. Paula was very happy to help with anything. She was friendly and always smiling. The hotel was lovely and very nice inside. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was cleaned daily during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was ok, not lots of options but we didn’t mind as we had plans on some mornings. The roof terrace was lovely, especially at night. My only critique is that due to the road the hotel is on, you will hear many sirens from emergency vehicles. They only last seconds though so not really a bother. We got used to hearing them and it was reassuring actually. The metro is 4 stops to the Vatican and 8 stops to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. We then walked the 20 minutes to the pantheon and the colosseum, which was worth the walk as there’s many other ruins to see along the way. We would definitely recommend and go back to stay at the Hotel Raganelli.
