    Poor hotel, curtains and walls are filthy, I was given a room attached to the door on the corridor with the panic opening, which banged every 5 seconds as people came and went, bathroom without bidet with curtain in the shower, it seemed like be catapulted into the 70s even with the furniture in the room. Staff young and inexperienced in dealing with people, almost irritating. The only good thing was the well-made cappuccino in the morning, everything else to forget forever.     We stayed for one night in this hotel. It has an agreement with the magical world of Santa Claus. An all-inclusive package, disappointing everything from Santa Claus' village to the famous dinner with Santa ClausTerrible and poor quality food, a first course of pasta with no alternatives (it was already ready), with a second course of hamburgers and chips. Raw hamburger with a taste I've never tried before, horridNot even a pseudo second was foreseen for the childThere was an 18 year old whose music we had to listen to in the room until the end of the party!Not to mention the noises of the corridor door which seemed to fall down on the entire hotel every time it closedI do not recommend everything to everyone!
