  Perfect base to explore the city!

  This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Rome, we were able to walk to all of the key locations and when needed there is a metro station at the bottom of the road. We only used this to travel to the Vatican. We stayed on a room only basis, and had a balcony room, this was great for sitting out on for the morning / evening. Breakfast we used the bakers across the road, coffee and croissant was the perfect way to start the day. There is also several mini marts down the road where you can get some drinks and take back to the room if needed / wanted, it worked for us. Loads of restaurants on your doorstep, just to go out and explore! The only down side of the hotel, small lift which is slow, you can walk 4 floors quicker than the lift will move. Some bits of the room were looking a bit tired, such as the shower / bathroom but everything was clean. All in all - perfect hotel perfect location with food and drink on your doorstep. It’s a perfect comfortable base to explore the city!

  This hotel was in the perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. The quiet little street had good restaurants and a small convenience store. We walked from here to see all of the sights. The front desk staff was very, very helpful and kind. The hotel will hold your luggage for you if you arrive before the check in time. The room we booked had a queen bed and a twin. There was a private bathroom with a shower. (The shower did have a few stains.) The housekeeping crew were quick and helpful. There is a security code that you use to get in the hotel itself as well as a different code to get in on each floor. The elevator is very small so if you have more than 2 people in your group, someone will be taking the stairs. The air conditioner has a remote control and the lights require your key in the the holder by the door. Overall, It was a nice stay.

  "Never book this guesthouse – it is absolutely filthy and unhygienic. I found bedbugs after getting bitten the first night, and when I asked to change rooms, they were fully booked, so I had to spend another night in this disgusting room. Booking a room with a terrace was also a mistake, as breakfast preparations start slamming around at 6 AM, and the place is extremely noisy. When I asked the manager, Luigi, for a refund, he accused me – the customer – of lying and refused to compensate me for the two nights.

  Nice little boutique hotel in Monti. We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed longer. It is in an area with lots of restaurants, bars, gelato, etc. I would recommend this as a place to stay for those wanting the hustle and bustle vibe of a big city.

  Very nice place in the heart of it halfway between Termini Roma and the Colosseum. Nice room, good security and front desk staff, and attentive housekeeping. Good A/C on a 97-degree day. Lots of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Less than 5 minutes to the metro.
