    Wonderful stay at the Relais Vittoria Colonna

    We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for two nights. We arrived before check-in, and they were happy to hold our bags until the rooms were ready. The room was small but spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We loved the included breakfast on the rooftop patio each morning. It included many choices, such as pastries and ready-made eggs or bacon, with cappocino The staff at the desk were helpful with information about city buses and restaurant recommendations. Only thing to note is it is on the 4th floor. There is a very small elevator - 4 people with out luggage will fit. It was not an issue for us but something to be aware of.

    Great place to stay in Rome for solo/family travellers

    Kate and Lavinia were very helpful, gracious and courteous. I was a solo traveler but this hotel is what I needed. Located in a safe area, walkable distance to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, museums, restaurant around, a nice park nearby to relax after a busy day etc. Nice free breakfast in the morning with fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruits, coffee, cappuccino, pastries, eggs, etc. They have a water machine for both cold/hot .First time in Italy and if I get chance to travel to Italy again I’ll stay here. Thanks Kate and Lavinia who catered for all my needs till I departed 👌

    This is located just “outside the river”. If you going to Vatican City or the historic areas, it’s an easy compromise between the two. The property is a bit obscure but the # 70 bus drops off literally across the street. It was incredibly easy. The hotel was great. Our suite was spacious and had a really nice walk in rain shower, shower. The room was very spacious had a sink in the bar area. The breakfast was fresh, delicious. There is like standard menu for hotel breakfast in Italy but this was really good and prepared fresh. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They sent txt on WhatsApp before we arrived and checkout was simple. This will be our first choice when we return to Rome.

    Fab base to explore the Eternal City

    We loved our four-night stay at this excellent guest house in Prati. Lovely attentive staff, large room with super king bed, fridge, air con and safe. Breakfast on the rooftop far exceeded expectations. Fabulous location near to the Vatican but not too far from historic locations. We walked everywhere. Restaurants literally on your doorstep, one either side, plus many more within 100m. Bulldog bar on corner for cool beers and cocktails. Irish pub not far away. Favourite restaurant was Vida living restaurant, a short walk. Fab modern Italian and great value. The guest house is the fourth floor of a commercial building. There is a lift. We found it difficult to find as the signage is very small but it is situated between an Italian and French restaurant opposite the T-bone steakhouse.

    The b and b is immaculately clean ,secure building,15 mins-25 mins walking distance to sights ,breakfast was very good staff very polite ,could not fault this place superb stay would stay here again.
