    When we arrived no one was and the place was locked. There was nothing on the document we received about calling ahead. Finally, a cleaning person let us in. There were 5-6 steps down into the hotel from the street level. No handrail. One person in our group could not do the steps without the handrail. The picture of the exterior of the building was actually a building across the street. The cleaning person was cleaning with straight bleach which made us sick and we had to leave. They would not refund us and told us what we were saying about the smell was nonsense. I showed them the receipt we had, and it had no mention of calling ahead. We found a different place to stay even though we were not refunded. It wasn't worth the smell and noise. Several air fresheners in our room. Their write up says nothing about being below street level.

    The hotel is lovely , cleaned everyday but there wasn’t anything said about check out time , the website says about a luggage storage it is not a luggage storage it is a corner in the reception area which is unmanned , they took our bags out the room and wrote a note about check out tellin us it was at 10:00am yet did not notify us when we first arrived ,

    We stayed 3 days it was good hotel good room, The only thing I would say is we came late for check in and there was no one and the hotel door was closed only get it through the phone number, Apart from that all was good and best location close to everywhere

    Great value for your money; the location is great, the room is clean and neat and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The lovely bottle of cold Aperol spritz and snacks waiting in the room after a day of exploring Rome was a wonderful touch and I will be recommending this place to others.

    Very nice place and perfectly located and within walking distance to all attractions. Stayed with teen daughter and she liked it very much. Service by Camilla was excellent, helping with transport and restaurants.Supermarkets and Good restaurants nearby and a very nice breakfast just around the corner.Shuttle bus from the airport stopped only 30 meters from the Hotel.
