    Clean room awful breakfast

    We stayed three nights. Clean room with lovely courtyard. Breakfast was by voucher at a close location but it was terrible. Location of hotel was great would give 4 stars but for the awful breakfast.

    Go to another hotel with polite customer friendly ownership, the owner here has zero Customer Care!

    We were over charged for breakfasts that we never had and were refused by the owner for a refund who just laughed at us. Not a customer oriented ownership who we are supplied is even in the hospitality industry since he treats customers very poorly! Stay away from this place!

    They cannot communicate in English. I had text messages clearly spelling out what we booked (4 nights). They tried to double charge me and after 30 mins of arguing when we got here (I almost had a heart attack the wife was so rude!) her husband who booked me admitted on the phone I was right.I had it spelled out in text and I had already paid for 3 of the 4 nights!!! No apology, but at least we got to stay after almost getting charged double. I can’t help it they recorded our stay twice. I didn’t take enough blood pressure medicine to deal with this evil woman at the desk!!!! Unbelievably bad start to our dream trip to Rome!

    Ideal place for a stay in Rome. Very short walk to the Trevi fountain and other local hotspots such as the Spanish steps and the pantheon. The hotel itself was astonishingly beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and a decent size with some interesting interior decoration. All round good choice for a stay in Rome and a bargain for what you get
