    Don’t expect much if you’re coming to stay here, it’s a very poor B&B, staff was helpful but the room painting was very bad, not very clean, the bed sheet had a hole, hot water wasn’t always available and WiFi wasn’t working properly in our room. Breakfast was ok, nice cappuccino, unfortunately almost every day they forgot to leave us the paper to request the breakfast, one of the mornings they served our juice in very bad plastic cups.I strongly recommend the staff to paint and renew those rooms.If you don’t care about quality and are looking for cheap price stay here.The neighborhood was really cool, highly recommend to stay in the area.

    A good place to stay if you want to walk around Trastevere and Rome

    The room was located in an old building which did not give me the feeling of safety, but on the other hand the area is wonderful. Trasvestere is a very nice area to walk through. If you don't mind walking, the location of the hotel is excellent as you can walk to Rome and explore it on foot. Mr. Ricardo was very helpful and told us exactly where to walk in Rome in the best possible way. We left at 8.30am and came back at 7:00pm, having walked almost through all Rome!

    Totally unprofessional do not book.. Booked a room on an existing booking account that I've used for the past 7 years and they told me my card has an error and was declined.. After messaging them twice and contacting them worried because I had one week left and needed to fly to Rome they cancelled my booking without even contacting me or explaining why... And it was the last one available so I was left without any accomodation.

    Average B&B in a great location!! This B&B was average, I was clean which is a big plus. The room was small and the bathroom tiny, but hey this is Rome and you get what you paid for.Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning, this was nice though they didn’t seem to take any notice of what you selected on the breakfast card and just brought you whatever they had, fine though, it was still yum.The location and price are both fantastic! Easy walk to heaps of restaurants and bars, only a 20 minute walk across the bridge to get to the historical area.Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to sleep for not to much money and who isn’t to fussy! Lovely man that checked is in :-)

    We had a great experience at Residenza Belli in Rome. We were only booked for a single night, but I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome. The staff was friendly and polite (they offered to hold our bags after check-out while we went out sightseeing), the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. On top of that, the rates were very reasonable!Grazie mille, Residenza Belli!
