  We had a great experience at this hotel. I loved that it wasn't your typical modern looking hotel room. The hot water and wifi were not working when we arrived, reception put a note in our room letting us know when it would be back and it was fixed in a timely manner. The little mini bar in our room was restocked each day with complimentary drinks and snacks. Any staff that we met were so friendly and polite, the location was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

  Amazing hotel!

  Booked this hotel from an online travel agent but got worried after reading reviews. Out room was absolutely beautiful!! Room was clean, full of cakes and treats, a fridge full of free drinks and a coffee machine ready to use. Amazing views of the street, very safe and secure. Although not a 24 hour reception, you do get details to contact for any help needed out of hours. Amazing location. I really don’t understand the negative comments and it’s beautiful. Would 100% stay here again!!

  The location was perfect for us 4 mins from the Piazza del Popola one way and 4 mins from the Spanish steps the other. The road is clean, full of designer shops and restaurants.The staff were friendly and Barbara on Reception would greet us every morning. She was there from 9-6pm for any problems, gave us drinking water for trips and called a taxi for the airport on the last day. we loved the old fashioned Italian feel to the room, the walls are padded with a beautiful material. the lights were a little dark but we got use to that. I loved sitting in the window alcove every morning with a coffee. there was a wardrobe, and coat and shoe stand and a desk with 3 tiers of snacks for us, refilled daily as a thank you from the hotel.( lovely little touch.) tea and coffee and a coffee pod machine to use. The en suite shower room was spacious, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and our towels were replaced with clean ones daily. they supply a hairdryer and mini toiletries too.The room had blackout curtains and it was reasonably quiet, we slept very well.On their web site it says breakfast can be bought to your room daily but you have to go their sister hotel to get this. Also if you turn up after 6pm reception is closed, the outside door is locked and i still dont know what we would have done if we'd turned up late. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a welcome one.I would definately use this hotel again

  Absolutely worst experience ever. I booked this room for my family looking at the picture. This is one of the most misadvertised room and hotel ever. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures above. The room was dingy, dirty, dusty, Air conditioner that doesn't work, makes loud train rattling sound, we have video recorded everything the hallway is so small that you can hardly have 1 person and 1 luggage standing. At best it is a cheap rated hotel. But unfortunately I fell for the pictures and booked at $350 per night. Only to come to this, and even after reaching out to them directly they refused to deal with this and give me any refund or even discuss that. Definitely not a family hotel. Roads are dingy, there is no one on the reception after 6pm one person manages 3 location. So when the guest comes they have to wait for 15to 20 minutes to check in.
