  Great hotel and service !!

  The room is super large and spacious. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the central Piazza, the subway, super close, and a nice restaurant of pastas nearby.Most importantly - charming and friendly staff! Patience, smile and amazing service!

  The hotel was better than what I was expecting. Clean, quiet the stuff was nice and helpful and it's close to metro. We walked out satisfied.Great place to rest up after busy tour of Rome.Price is good. Location is central to all the main sites.

  This was a horrible experience. I do not believe any of the positive reviews could be authentic. This place is a dump. The condition of the hallway was one thing but the room! The condition of the bathroom and shower was pretty horrible. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights and left the morning after arrival. Unbelievable false advertising.

  Please don’t be fooled by the word LUXURY as this is not!There are good points and they are as follows:1) Location is good and near the Metro 2) Receptionist was great. He is wasted in this role!3)Clean This is a converted apartment building and is nowhere near luxury. The reception is tatty and all the carpets are threadbare.There is no reception after 21.00 so don’t expect help with your luggage up the stairs especially as there is no lift. Rooms are basic and way below the level of a premier inn if you want a comparison. 2 hangers in the cupboard and no tea making facility in the room.SOUND PROOF ING - none existent so except to be woken up constantly by neighbours especially when in the shower as you can hear everything.

  Pretty terrible, except for the staff

  There’s nothing luxurious about this “luxury” residenza. I want to say right off that the staff here were wonderful, from the receptionists Silvia & Eros, to breakfast servers & cleaning personnel (probably same guys who did breakfast). But everything else you can forget about. The photos are misleading. Our room was tiny & uninviting (no space to unpack our stuff). Our shower had molds on the floor & ceiling and the shower head was loose & leaking. There was zero soundproofing so that we heard the smallest noise or talking from rooms nearby. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. You couldn’t do more than simple browsing of webpages (images wouldn’t even load). The TV is just Italian (and even that was scrambled sometimes) so no possibility for streaming Netflix or other apps. There weren’t even the barest amenities such as a little coffee machine or a kettle, or even shampoo & conditioner. And the area is not particularly interesting or good, impossible to get a taxi. We paid more than $400/night for this place. It is so completely not worth it. You’re paying more than you’d pay at a good hotel without any of the services - no laundry service, no tiny gym, nothing. Plus, it’s kept badly. The carpets on the stairs are totally worn out and unseemly. Aside from the staff, there literally isn’t one nice thing I can say about this place.
