    If there were more stars I would give it more, Julia and Lawrence are so friendly and welcoming. This is our first trip to Rome and we couldn't have stayed at a better place..The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer breakfast in the morning that you can do anytime of day. The place is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and historical places such as the Pantheon, the fountain, the colosseum.

    I really enjoyed staying here and would love to go back again. The host Ursula is so kind, helpful and welcoming . I felt like I was visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and large. I enjoyed the breakfast options and great coffee. The location was perfect to walk or easily catch a cab. I highly recommend it, you will love 💕 it.

    Our room was large, clean and well equipped. The common room has a kitchen, refrigerator and a lot of food and snacks.The hosts were very friendly and helpful.The location is great. It is within walking distance of a lot of Rome historic sites (less than 10 minutes to the Pantheon, less than 15 minutes to the Forum, 25 minutes from the St. Perter Square)

    Everything was pefect! The Place is very well located with a lot or attractions walking distance. Rooms with plenty Of space, clean and confortável beds. On top Of all, there is Ursula! She is Amazing! Kind, polite and she makes is feel like we are home!We Will definitively going to stay again in res. Julia!!

    The host was very welcoming. If was as if we were their personal guest. The room was very comfortable with a view of an archeological site that was across the street, which included ancient temples and even the senate building where Caesar was assassinated. The location was fantastic. Close to major sites and restaurants. Each morning, the host would prepare a breakfast.
