    Cute Place to stay

    rating18 Sept 2018

We had transport organised to get to the room which we were thankful for because we would never have found it ourselves. Fransesco was waiting on our arrival and showed us to our room and ran through how breakfast worked etc. and also gave us his number if we had any queries which was lovely. (As there is no front reception)Perfect location. There was also a lovely man that cooked breakfast each morning and made coffee etc. The only negative was inside the front entrance was where they kept all their bins so we did a quick dash past that bit each time we went out.

Right in the heart of room , clean and modern rooms.

Stayed here with my partner in December. Location is ideal and the rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside to this accomodation as it is hard to find it took us at least 40 minutes of wandering around to eventually find it.

    Amazing location

    rating30 Mar 2018

This was perfect for our family of four who wanted the Italian experience living in an apartment. Francesco and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly and the location was incredible, walkable to everything but not being in the super tourist hype. Fantastic to be by the flower square markets and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was simple but lovely. If you want a five star hotel then maybe go for the big tourist place, this is if you are after the authentic real, deal Italian experience.

    Location, Location, Location...and Service

    rating27 Aug 2017

This review is specially about the big room. As others have pointed out, each room operated by this company is different. The space is loft-like, up a flight of stairs, and rather odd but it suited our family of four perfectly. Just set your expectations that you are in Rome, in a building that is probably hundreds of years old. There is road right outside the room but it is relatively quiet.A low, queen (possibly king) bed is in the middle of the main room (the pillows are rather flat), a (super?) single bed is up six steps on a platform area. This upper area is also the location of the bathroom. There is a folding bed as well. Additionally in the main space there is a small table, a couple chairs, and a tv on a long table. You will find a sink, mini-fridge, and hot plate just outside the door. While the whole place is unique, two features that you need to be aware of:1. The toilet is on riser and for men, you will hit your head on the ceiling2. The corner shower has a small footprint. Fortunately, the shower head can be adjusted so that a 6' 1" person does not have to duck. And there is a lot of water pressure.WIth the logistics out of the way - you will want this room because of its location. We walked to the Vatican, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and a multitude of other locations. If you decide to have the simple, continental breakfast, you will need to walk to a different building (just a few doors away). The breakfast area contains three, two-seat tables and you will be taken care of by the gracious staff. We worked the management to set us up with rides from and to the airport which isn't necessary but it made that part of the trip stress free. There is a grocery store a few doors away. And a wonderful coffee shop right outside the front door.

Great location! But not all rooms are equal!

    rating30 Jul 2017

There are many rooms managed by this group. Please be aware that the room you are renting may not be the room in the photo or the photo might be the best version of the room, e.g.. taken with the right light and on the best angle. Firstly our room had a small kitchenette at the top of stairs and we decided not to use it. In the room there are home built stairs that lead up to another bed and then to a toilet which is risen once again. I had to tell the kids not to jump from the landing and be careful on the stairs as the likely hood of missing a step and twisting their ankle was definitely there. The breakfast is held in a small room, with 3 tables for 2 and if you are not first in you will have to wait in the hall until someone is finished. Then dishes are washed by hand (and I mean with their bare hands) under running water. The staff are nice and do their best but don't think that you are at a hotel as you clearly are not.Basically you are paying for the location. Do not put high standards on this one.
