  We have travelled extensively and been lucky enough to stay in some of the best hotels in the world, this small boutique hotel in the centre of Rome, now ranks up there with our favorites. For a long weekend/City break this hotel is perfect, so well located for main sightseeing spots and a map and clear instructions given by Antonio on arrival. Speaking of Antonio and his lovely wife Nicole, it has been like staying with friends we never knew we had! Nothing has been too much trouble, you both work so hard to make everything perfect and you certainly succeed. From our welcome coffee and croissants, to our amazing breakfast tray bought to our room, my birthday picnic, balloon and prosecco, thank you again! Not a penny extra has been paid for these, all a gift from these wonderful hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, both with little extras, slippers, little shower kits, toiletries, everything has been thought through and given to ensure you have the best time. Value for money exceptional, if you are looking to lay by a pool, sit in a lounge bar with on site restaurant facilities then this is not the place for you, but I would choose this hotel over all others. Antonio and Nicole, thank you, thank you for being amazing hosts, for endless restaurant recommendations, for my birthday surprise, and for working so hard ro make your hotel so special.

  Wow! An exceptional place to stay in Rome.

  Nicole and Antonia are the absolute perfect hosts. We felt welcome and thoroughly looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Nicole and Antonio really think of everything - the complimentary breakfast is particularly noteworthy and provided a great start to our days in Rome. The neighbourhood is safe, well situated for all local attractions and has excellent bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again! If you are looking for an authentic Roman welcome, with beautiful rooms, a great location and true Italian hospitality, this is your place.

  Hidden gem in a perfect location.

  I’ve never done this before; reviewed a property while still staying there but I had to with this place. It is rightly at the topOf the tree regarding reviews, as it is absolutely faultless. The rooms are luxurious and spotless. There is air con, a safe, a mini fridge with complimentary items and the free breakfast in bed is stunning and a real bonus! The hosts are lovely personable people and it seems that nothing is too much trouble. What a beautiful place. Bravo!

  The property is fantastic; our stay was perfect from start to finish. The location is very central, only about a 15 minute walk away from the Trevi Fountain. There are many lovely restaurants, cafes and gelato shops within a few steps. The property was very clean, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. There is even a TV with Netflix! The hosts were perfect, very kind, accommodating and helpful to us, who were first time visitors of Rome. I could not recommend this property highly enough - 10/10.

  What a wonderful experience here at Residenza Venti Settembre. Personal touches, genuine warmth and exceptional customer service. Room was comfortable and bathroom beautiful. Breakfast was great, with your personal preferences all taken into account. We are grateful to have found this gem.
