  Nice stay in a beautiful property

  Excellent stay and we enjoyed the hospitality of Giulia and Residenza Roma. Room is clean with a large bathroom. The area is very quiet with some good restaurants in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend ResidenzaRomaCentro.

  Decent room, no staffing

  The room was nice and clean. Though there was occasionally a smell which we couldn't put our finger on. The location is a little off the beaten path, and it was sometimes hard to get a cab to take us to various attractions. One morning we thought we were going to miss our Coliseum tour because three cabs cancelled on us. There also aren't too many restaurants real close, though there are some within a 5-block radius. The one true complaint we had was that there was rarely any staff on site at the hotel. Most of the time the desk was empty. And calls to the desk or what's app messages rarely provided much help. My wife hurt her foot and the place didn't even have any ice we could use to ice her swollen ankle. Nor was there anyone on site to ask about it. I was told (via What's App) to go to the pharmacy--not even given an address for the nearest one.

  Excellent location and friendly staff for a short stay in Rome

  We stayed here for 3 nights in Oct 2023. Check in was very smooth even though we were a little early. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast isn’t included if you booking through booking.com but the kind lady made us some toasted sandwiches and told us to help ourselves to the small selection of breakfast items and coffee/teas which was much appreciated. The rooms are small but you won’t be in them so much while visiting Rome! The location is superb and working walking distance to most of the major attractions. Area is close to the American embassy and feels very safe compared to some places in Rome. Also only a short walk from the train station which was very convenient. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

  Amazing service and communication

  The short review: Stay here - book this property! The room was wonderful and clean, and the service was truly second to none!The long review: I cannot speak more highly of the service and communication from Giulia and Indira. My luggage did not make it to FCO and - being an ignorant American that cannot speak Italian - I struggled to communicate with the luggage retrieval agency. After four days of trying to troubleshoot on my own, I explained the situation to Giulia. She immediately offered to call for me, finding that they had my suitcase, but it was not scheduled to be delivered until after my departure from Rome. She made multiple follow-up calls to coordinate on my behalf and by that night, I had my luggage in hand. I quite literally could not have done that without her. It saved my trip and I do not know how to thank her enough.Add this to Giulia’s patient, kind, and thorough communication prior to our stay - addressing questions about room size, bed setup (they were able to split a large bed into two smaller beds for my friend and me), and airport transfer (she arranged airport pick up, which we highly recommend).The room was clean and spacious - amazing shower with great water pressure and hot water. The location was in a safe and relatively quiet area. It was away of the busiest areas but still had restaurants and shops around the corner, and within 15 minutes walking to attractions and more dense shopping and dining areas.Indira was the face of service for the hotel, presenting a beautiful breakfast spread and kind words every morning. The rooms were serviced every day, so we returned to a tidy room and made-up bed after each day of sightseeing.The comfort and service of Residenza Roma Centro exceeds its price point - do not hesitate to book here.   Lively stay in quiet and private hotel

  Lovely hotel, clean, quiet and with good service. We were able to book an airport pick up through the conversation with the host. Rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. Great air conditioning, 10 minutes to the nearest metro and around 20 minutes to the trevi fountain. We only had coffee and wrapped pastries for breakfast however the hotel is very close to other cafes/restaurants. A very nice stay.
