    Wonderful hotel in a great central location which enabled us to walk to most of the famous tourist attractions. The staff were are wonderful and can't do enough to help in any way possible. The bedrooms are quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well maintained. In addition to all this the standard of food at breakfast (4 days) lunch (twice) and dinner ( once) was fantastic. We would recommend spending the money to stay here, it's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Visiting Rome is not a relaxing holiday, so having a place like this to come back to each day after lots of walking and being in crowded areas is a welcome oasis of calm and stylish tranquility. Highly recommended.

    Excellent staff, food, rooms, cleaning etc. I can highly recommend Roma Luxus Hotel. Lives up to its name, and worth every euro. I have never experienced more friendly staff than here. The area is also really nice

    A marvellous jewel of a hotel

    I booked this hotel as a joint Wedding Anniversary and my wife's Birthday treat. We had always wanted to visit Rome and this hotel caught my eye. My wife has a disability and I wanted a location which was central in Rome to help us explore this marvellous city and this hotel was ideal, everything is walkable or a short taxi drive. The warm welcome we received on arrival and the friendliness of every staff member made us feel so special. Our room was exactly as per the brochure and everthing was spotless. The room was sound proofed and we were not once distrubed by any street sounds.The atmopshere was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff we met, they were always smiling and friendly. We felt a genuine sadness to leave these marvellous people.The full list of amenities is impressive. I certainly think we had full value for money here, this is a marvellous hotel which fully deserves its 5 Star rating and we would return there without hesitation.

    Fantastic hotel with lovely staff

    This is a fantastic boutique hotel, where we felt so welcome during our stay in Rome. The location is amazing, with everything in walking distance. The breakfast was perfect, we ate in the hotel restaurant one night too where we had a lovely meal to celebrate our engagement. The only negative element was that the hotel says online there is air conditioning in the rooms, however we were told by the staff member when we asked that none was available. The hotel provided a fan quickly, but this should be clear on the website. The stand out element of our stay was the excellent staff. From reception to the breakfast and restaurant staff, all were so welcoming and went above and beyond.

    this was a very horrible hotel and i found vomit and poo in the pillow case and i highly recommend not going here! IM FURIOUS!
