    Filthy disgusting place

    Do not book this so called hotel filthy sheets , dirty fridge , hairs in bathroom from previous guests, it should be removed from all websites immediately And the area outside was only be described as filthy dirty drug dealers hanging around no wonder they had guards at the entrance

    Misleading photos and uncomfortable stay

    We stayed at Roma Resort and unfortunately the experience did not live up to our expectations. The location itself was convenient, right next to the main train station and within walking distance of the city center. However, the surrounding area felt quite unsafe and uncomfortable, especially in the evenings.The place felt more like an Airbnb than an actual hotel. The reception was only open from 9–16, and when we arrived outside those hours we were asked to send photos of our credit card and passports, which made us feel uncomfortable.The room looked nothing like the photos online. It was much more worn down and definitely not what we had expected. One of the beds was impossible to sleep in — it sagged heavily in the middle, and the sheets kept falling out and one of the pillows looked like it was moldy. There were also ants in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.The noise level was another issue. The walls were extremely thin, so we could hear other guests clearly, and from the hallway.Overall, the good location couldn’t make up for the discomfort and the misleading presentation of the hotel. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

    Convenient to Rome Termini Railway Station , plenty of food options within easy walking distance .Room was clean , very comfortable bed , staff were very helpful .Only negative was the outside noise levels were high until around 2am each night .Overall okay value for money and would probably stay again

    The apartment had a decent sized main room, the kitchen was lacking in equipment. We didn’t even have 2 of everything. (1 plate, 1 bowl, no knives!) bathroom was in need of updating the shower head was bad, the water came out in a dribble. The communal areas were grim. We paid £79 a night which perhaps is why it was not good but we’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels on this trip (3 months all over Europe) that were much much better. It needs updating. The area around the hotel was also intimidating. I did not feel comfortable. It’s close to the station so that is convenient. Breakfast is up the road and is a croissant, coffee, orange juice, bottle of water between 2 and an orange. Wouldn’t stay here again
