    We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The location is great with Termini station and the Colosseum within walking distance, and it's situated in a safe and vibrant area with loads of good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean and since we visited Rome during a heat wave, it was great to have a proper functioning airco! Please note that the breakfast options are very limited, but there's loads of spots near the hotel to get a cheap but good breakfast. Other than that, this is a great place to consider when visiting Rome for a couple of days.

    Excellent staff was very helpful. The room were clean, bed were comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from the Termini train station. Great restaurants around the hotel. A grocery store close by also. Very safe in the area late at night walking. Just an all around great stay. The only down side the hotel is hard to locate. More visuals on the street would help or on their website especially for the walkers coming from the train station. It’s across from a car dealership/repair shop and the Jeep sign is directly across from the front door. Hope this helps someone.

    Very close to Termini station. We were made to feel very welcome. Spacious, clean accommodation with lovely breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Map given with advice re sights and viewpoints. Balcony overlooking the street.

    Wonderful stay, extremely accommodating, cozy, and comfortable. First stay in Rome and would definitely rebook with Roman Holidays at this B&B when we return next! Can not say enough good things about Valeria who made everything so simple for us! She clearly loves her job and is so wonderful at it, very guest oriented!

    Very cheap, and also quite convenience place, cause the Termini station is 10 min away. Very friendly owners, they offered us even the cake and the bottle of juice, because we had no time to eat breakfast. Room was also very nice, only problem was with the charging spots, we had them only 3. Overall, this place is fantastic, if you pay a visit to Rome you should stay there!
