    Really wonderful hotel in all aspects. The design of the hotel is incredible for those who like architecture and design. The attention to detail is amazing : the floors, the lamps, the fittings, the art collection. Service is really excellent through out everyone is very well trained. It’s an older style hotel so if you’re looking for the edition this isn’t the place for you. There are some annoyances : pool closes at 6pm which is too early. Room service is grossly expensive but it is everywhere at these your of hotels. I loved it.

    Spent three nights here in absolute luxury. Obviously pricey, but if you want to go "home" to a wonderfully opulent, relaxing, setting after a hectic day in Rome, this is the place!

    My husband and I recently stayed at the Rome Cavalieri Hotel on 2 separate occasions this May 2026 Pre and post cruise, celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived until the sad moment we had to say arrivederci we were treated like royalty! There are not enough starts in the universe to give to this extraordinary hotel experience, but what makes the experience is the dedicated and hard-working staff who pride themselves in excellence! To name a few, starting with Luca with that captivating smile as he opens the door for you, to the concierge Matteo and Gianluca who are so helpful and knowledgeable and who could not do enough to help you! The Bar staff Antonio, Luca and Guido - you make AWESOME espresso martini's!!! The front desk Anna Marie and Daniele so helpful and kind, to be escorted to our rooms at check in now THAT is service above and beyond! The Imperial Club staff, my Bella gals Daniele, Elia, Pamela and all of you, just extraordinary service, so attentive, great communication and you made us feel like familia!!! BRAVO!!! So many hard-working individuals to mention, the pool staff, spa staff. If you want to be treated like royalty, have the comfort fit for a king or queen, then you must visit the Rome Cavelieri! Don't walk but RUN here !! We will and cannot wait to come back!! This is a 5 star hotel that treats you with 10 start quality!With love and gratitude to all of you, Mr. and Mrs. Palmisano
