  We've booked our holiday through loveholidayWhen we arrived we couldn't get in as we had no keys,code anything- luckily someone let us in and told us is second floor.luckily there was contact number . Owner told us we should contact him 24h before arrival? How? We didn't know anything about it as we thought is package holiday /hotel with reception or someone will be there .Anyway - room nice cozy clean ,fridge ? Broken door -impossible to use -breakfast included - first day no breakfast we didn't know there is milk and yogurt in the fridge, found out on last day :/ I messaged owner about it ,next day we had 1 croissant each (really this is nice but not what I expected from breakfast included)Location really good-close to the metro ,nice and quiet Cleaner name Kelly if I remember well very helpful ( helped us to go to beach -wrote down every step (metros etc ) thank you for that Tax - I don't understand you pay but you have no proof you have paid so I don't know what the real charges are.   Lovely Rome Stay

  Very smooth process with great communication. I was able to contact from WhatsApp for anything I might need. Check in was completed through WhatsApp before we arrived so we were aware of where to go and how to enter the property (remember to make contact with the hotel 24 hours before as stated in description). Corinne was a huge help and was always looking out for us during our stay. Transport cards were helpfully offered ahead of our arrival which allowed us to experience more of Rome faster. Room was cleaned daily. The only thing I have marked down for was some of the shower area needed a deep clean and the mini fridge was unusable due to a broken door.Highlight of our stay was the noise reducing windows.   This is not a hotel, but rooms in a flat. Still liked it.

  This hotel is not actually a hotel. In fairness, it does say Guest House. The Rome Central Rooms is a small renovated partial flat with three rooms and a central kitchen. You can get daily room clean up if you want, but no front desk. The hotel was also confusing to find, but once we figured out they were rooms to let, it was easy. The owners responded to their text right away to buzz us into the building door. There are locks to get into the building, the front door, and your room. Put numbers in your phone and remember the key. No problems. The hotel is located in a safe, neighborhood area and close to a delicious cafe and grocery store. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Great deal! Well located. We took Ubers, but bus stop right out front. This would be perfect for that large family or multiple families that needed extra rooms/space and can keep costs down. The owners were available by text and they do offer an inexpensive breakfast. I would skip it and to to the cafe for a little more cost. I think you could cook there if you like. Overall, I liked it. Met all of my personal needs: safe, clean, and in a neighborhood.
