  Perfect stay in Rome

  We loved the hotel: central but quiet location, spacious room and bathroom, breakfast served till 12:00 pm, nice rooftop terrace. The staff were very nice and professional.   A lovely hotel in a perfect location

  The hotel is in a geat location within easy walking distance to all the central Rome attractions. Our room was spatious and beautifully clean, with some lovely welcoming touches. The bathroom had plenty of room and the power shower was welcome after a lot of walking! Our stay included breakfast which had a great selection to appeal to all tastes. We really appreciated the cooled water in the lobby where we filled our water bottles - great for the environment too!Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. We didn't need much, just a taxi to the airport. However while filling water bottles I heard other guests ask all kinds of questions and get help with hire cars, day trips and resturant reservations, all with care and a smile. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. A great choice of hotel - thank you.   calm respite from busy rome

  we just spent five days in a superior room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. first of all the staff (samy , umberto , allesandro,at the front desk , the night lady, the friendly breakfast rooms ladies , the very courteous cleaners ) were very helpful in assisting with directions, restaurant tips, taxi's , etc. we found our room extremely comfortable and spotless. it was very sound proof, spacious, excellent bed lines and mattress , two large windows that could open with black out drapery, a good size closet with two drawers and a safe, and high ceilings . the decor was elegant. the bathroom had a large shower and vanity , and a dyson hair dryer ! there was a mini bar , in room coffee and a complementary bottle of water /day. the location was located on a quiet side street just around the corner from plaza berberini. the trevi and spanish steps were about 10 minutes away. we also arranged for the driver that the hotel provided (75 euros ) and it was money well spent . the breakfasts were of high quality with good hot and cold options. my only complaint was we had difficulty getting a good cup of coffee using the machine. i ended up asking the ladies and wasn't disappointed . if i was to return to rome, i would definitely stay there again.
